Host extremely helpful. Lots of hot drinks available. Happy for us to arrive any time. Organised taxi for us in evening. Breakfast was lovely.

Nothing we didn't like but some might like to be closer to town.

    Very good breakfast. Helpful owners.

Very small room for the price we were paying. Owners talked a little too much - all through breakfast!

The people were friendly the room and shower was clean although the shower door was broken. The breakfast was good.

The whole place needs some TLC the weeds on the front drive were rampant a self set tree was in the drive, an old car under a cover that had been immobile for years so long that the cover was disintegrating, the weeds growing a foot high out of the gutter along the garage, all of the trees need a good pruning, the soffits etc have not been painted for years and are peeling, the front door handle was broken and had been for some time. The windows had not been cleaned for very long while, the dust on the inside of the dining room window was also old. There was a bench and table outside at the front that had not seen any preservative for years it looked a mess. The rear garden had a broken trampoline, a broken, climbing frame, a broken childs swing, a broken swing seat and various other rubbish including a shed in pieces. The rear patio had weeds half a meter high, child's toys that were full of dead leaves etc, the patio table and chairs had not been treated for a long, long while, the conservatory roof had a number of serious defects with gaps in the roof panels and retaining bars loose in the gutter. etc etc

The room as clean and had everything that we needed. The couple who run the establishment were very accommodating and could not have worked harder to make our stay an excellent experience. The home cooked food was FANTASTIC , top quality , none of your supermarket rubbish , good quality grub.

    Nothing , everything was awesome.

Not much. At least the hosts tried to be welcoming.

No two items of furniture or crockery matched. Some were chipped or broken. The decor was tired and the room was small. Breakfast was made with very cheap ingredients and burnt to a cinder.

Everything. The room was clean and bright, beds comfortable and ensuite fine. The owners Tony & Margaret were excellent hosts and nothing was too much for them. The icing on the cake was the breakfasts, lots of fruit, cereals, juices tea/coffee toast conserves and the biggest plateful of English breakfast we've seen for a long while. Altogether a really pleasant and relaxing week.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Its was clean & quiet. Hosts were polite, friendly and nice. Wi-fi was free and fast. Breakfast was also very generous.

The partioning between public areas and the rooms were non-existent and the walls are too thin! We were kept awake when other guests were partying till past 1am in the night. In our room, there was only a bath without a shower.

Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Clean and immaculately organised. Food very good and it's positioned central to most of the surrounding places of interest.

Could be a little tricky to find without a satnav.

Nice clean room, nice decor. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi.

A bit noisy. Would expect some additional touches at this price, better tv, toiletries.
