Service was good room upgraded was nice. I requested a ground floor room and was given one I also requested a room away from car park so I could have window open at nite because of my asthma, I got an upgraded room away from carpark next to noisy air conditioning unit, so couldnt have window open and found it hard to sleep due to noise from air conditioning unit with window shut,

Very comfortable beds The Doors to the rooms were not fitted snuggly and as people walked past opening communal doors the room doors rattled as if someone was trying to get in.
