For me, I just needed a room with a roof to explore Jersey so I did not intend to use the facilities available so my opinions are based on this respect. It provided good value for money, parking for the hire car in pleasant surroundings. The dining area for breakfast felt very dated and traditional. |

I found this hotel to be an old style hotel but the service was of the utmost importance and it was also very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much and I definitely would stay here again. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our meals and entertainment were also of a very high standard. Decor might need to be redone in places but then again maybe the old style is part of the appeal. |

Very friendly and helpful Very thin walls. Lots of noice heard easily for any rooms ie television and children. Bedrooms Need Up dating. Our shower doors had to be forced shut and a few tiles were dirty and needed re grouting. Also entertainment catered more for the older/elderly . Little far out from town but good bus service. food and staff were excellent and the grounds are beautiful |

the gardens and pool were a welcome break if required. The courtesy bus to and from the town centre were most welcome. The food was of a high quality. The only down side was that although the distance from the town centre to the hotel is only about 1 and a half miles, it is up a very steep hill. |

Beautiful garden with lots of room for everyone to find their own space. Also entertainment every evening should you wish it. There neds to be a arning for families for chldren that there is a fish pond and, more dangerously an open septic tank lower down on the hotel grounds |

The excellent cleanliness, space & good air. It is far enough out of the main city to be relaxing, quiet and personal. The breakfast staff were friendly, prompt, efficient and helpful. The general staff and bar staff were friendly, helpful, worked hard and smiled. The anxious person in charge at breakfast asked if I needed any help, when really he was saying I had to sit at a certain table. The choice of hot breakfast was not very extensive for a vegetarian, although there were plenty of other cold choices. I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. The pool was closed. I didn't find the tourist booklet (in the bedside table) until the last day. |

Swiming pools facility and gardens are excellent. Restaurant manager is very good. Huge rooms. Worth the money for the star rating. Thin walls -asked to turn TV down by next room. Hotel probbaly suits older people who like evening entertainment and unimaginative restaurant menus. No fault of the hotel I am just high maintenence! |

On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean comfortable and well equiped. The restraunt menus had plenty of choice, and the service was excellent. The gardens were very pleasent to relax in, and every public area was kept clean and tidy by attentive staff, this all added up to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. |

As a family run hotel it has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food was good and was close to St Heleir and all attractions easily accessible. |

Zeer mooie tuin en zwembad, uitstekend ontbijt en sandwiches! Aardig personeel. De éénpersoons kamer die ik had geboekt lag boven de keuken, deze was tijdens de bezetting van de keuken rumoerig en rook erg naar het bereide eten. Geen ramp omdat ik toch veel op pad was, maar wel jammer. |

For more than 175 years the Pomme d'Or has been a focal point of Jersey hospitality, and is a short stroll from Jersey's main shopping and business district. |
