家庭的で暖かく落ち着いた雰囲気があり、居心地が良かった。地下鉄、バスの利用に非常に便利な場所にある。- 道路に面した部屋だったので車の音が少し気になった。他にはインターネット接続料金が高い点を除いては言う- ことなし。 |

地下鉄の駅から徒歩5分の距離で便利だった。 お部屋の暖房がまるで入らなく寒かった。お風呂の水の出が悪くチョロチョロでシャワーを使おうとすると耳を- 塞ぎたくなるような酷い音を立ておまけにシャワーからは殆どお湯は出ずに困った。またトイレの排水が悪く苦- 労した。朝食付きだったが、サービスする若い女の子が無愛想で非常に不愉快な思いをした。朝食はおいしいと- 言う評価がありましたが、まるでそんな事は無くまずいと思いました。 |

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the modern bathroom and friendliness of the staff. Our room (110) had twin beds and it was very large. The full English breakfast (included) was delicious and a great value. The room had plenty of heat and hot water. It was very quiet. The hotel is in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was perfect! |

Great spot opposite gardens and park, short walk from tube stations, very helpful staff recommended great place to eat and places to visit for us as a family Had sofa bed in room which had seen better days and sagged in the middle, so had to share this with smallest child whilst husband had one of the singles |

The staff was warm & friendly. We got more of a homey feel while staying there, great for families with children. Located between two tube stations, less than 5 minutes away. Right across the street from Kensington Palace. Full English breakfast was fantastic. |

Beautiful hotel in beautiful area of London. Just across the road from Kensington Gardens, and very convenient (5 minute walk) from Bayswater and Queensway stations. Lovely hotel desk staff, very helpful to the non-Londoner. Biggest double room that we experienced on our recent travels, very clean and spacious, including table and chairs. Big bathroom, very hot water. Excellent breakfast, though not buffet (you had to order individually at the tables, which caused a little confusion). Very "homey" feel to the hotel, will be keen to stay here again on our return to London. Breakfast from 8 - 10am, which may be a little late for the business traveller or those going on tours etc. The hotel staff were happy however to make us breakfast at an earlier time on request. Upon checkout, I was almost over charged - they billed me for the standard rate, not the booking.com rate, so make sure you double check!! |

Breakfasts were excellent value-for-money. Room had a nice relaxing feel, and the beds were very comfortable. We feel that the rooms may benefit from a little refurb., thinking the wallpaper may be a little dated? Also, the staff at breakfast, while not being at all uncivil, could be a little friendlier towards the guests? |

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. My only complaint would be there was no converter for my hair curling iron and the converter I brought wouldn't work either. Fortunately, I had also brought a butane curling iron. |

Breakfast was nice and very friendly staff. Nice room with balcony overlooking Hyde Park, but noisy traffic with doors open. No air conditioning on very hot day was difficult. |

We were very pleased with our vist at the Westland Hotel, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting London. It is very clean, and well furnished, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we considered it good value for money. It is well located between 2 tube stops, and just a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Actually, the only thing was the hair dryer was the wall-type and not a lot of power. |

The location was great. Close to the tube and bus stops, across from Kensington Park. We stayed in a family room which was large and spacious. The bathroom could accommodate all 3 children at one time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows were very hard. |

As returning customers , we knew the standard of service and accomodation would be excellent . The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions . With three tube stations inside a five minute walk and Hyde Park right opposite , the hotel is a wonderful base for a London break. Thanks Westland . See you again soon ! From our experiences , no negatives at all . |

Su ubicación es perfecta,con el BUS turistico en la puerta y metro muy cerca. La encargada de recepción,Elizabeth es encantadora y habla español, te informa de todo, nos hizo la reserva de un taxi para el aeropuerto más barato que el tren. El desayuno ingles magnifico La zona de fumadores está fuera del hotel, al aire libre y en diciembre te mueres de frio. Está bien para dejar de fumar |
