Breakfast lovely, nice choice. Tea, Coffee and toast made to order by friendly staff On arrival our room had not been cleaned sine the previous occupant had left. Staff did provide us with a new room very quickly and were appologetic. New room was clean and tidy but basic. |

The hotel was very easy to get to. The decor was modern and comfortable. The only criticism would be the nose from the main road into Manchester. |

I am a night worker and the staff were aware of this but I wes put in a room over looking the main road. a back room away from the road would have been better. |

The staff were very friendly, it was very easy to find, and it was within easy reach of the MEN arena. I was also very pleased with the size, cleanliness and comfort of the room. |

Very pleasant welcome, although we arrived around 1pm we were immediately given a room. We were also given lots of local info from the receptionist. Although very basically furnished the room was very large compared to similar price bracket hotels we have stayed in and very clean. Very good hot shower (and bath! |

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the bar area was nice. The sink in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. The lock on the door was faulty. The bath was dirty. There was an inch of dust on top of the wardrobe. When we got back to the hotel on the night of our stay we had a drink but the lager was flat. What a rip off definitly not worth £65.00 i have stayed in alot nicer and cleaner places for half the price. |

Not much, very mediocre. Good for tradesmen to put their head down for a night. Has been done up nicely in reception. Well when we arrived she tried to put myself , my partner and my 80 year old grandparents in one of the apartments and it was cold, sparce and like a youth hostel. I had booked two rooms but they seemed to have no evidence of us having booked anything. Thankfully we did. She then took us inside the hotel. The rooms were poor, the rear facing one especially. |

Everything was ok - nice stuff, good breakfast, good and clean room. Tram to city centre was just about 5min (walking!) from the hotel. |
