staff was helpful and friendly

Large apartments with all facilities required. Staff extremely friendly, not far from the city, and very reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable. They have a little bar which was useful.

The huge tv in the bar was distracting.

Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Room was clean and had all we needed. Location was good for city centre - just a short tram ride or a tenner in a taxi. Good value for money.

Great price for an out of town location. Very spacious and with a family, a much better experience than being cooped up in a hotel bedroom suite! Not far from Metro Link and short car journey to Trafford Centre made it ideal for what we needed, would definately book again.

One slight downside was that there was only one breakfast bowl provided in the kitchen - which for a family of four made breakfast time interesting!

We booked a double room in the hotel. We were allowed to check in early and were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was spacious. Plenty of free parking and handy for metrolink into Manchester.

Didn't get much sleep due to party in next apartment that started in the early hours and went on until 7am! If we had been in the hotel as booked we woul.dn't of heard the party.

I thought for the price the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. It was also quiet with no noise coming from other roomswhich was a bonus. Breakfast was good too, particularly for the price.

The room was a little hot during the night but this is often my experience in hotels generally.The pillows could have been a little more comfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and for the price spacious. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly.

Only minor fault, could hear the traffic noise from the main rd.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the apartment was comfortable and suited us well, with good beds; I myself slept very well over the two weekend nights despite occasional road noise, mainly from customised car exhausts. We opted for the hotel breakfast, cafeteria style, that amongst others included good quality cooked food in hot-plates, all at a reasonable fixed price. Had we needed it, the bus stop was just one minute away. What we did need was the heating, in the middle of the Mancunian Summer, and the radiators warmed up the apartment in a few minutes' time. I would certainly go back.

Well appointed, quiet, excellent travel links. The kitchen was useful and had all the facilities we needed for a short break.
