Good location near shopping, grocery stores and tram line into Manchester. Spacious living and bedrooms. Ample parking. Free wifi. Uncomfortable bed. Weird locations for light switches. Small kitchen. Busy street with a lot of noise, including sirens.

Good value, clean apartment close to the centre of Manchester. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Too much road noise so no good if you are a light sleeper

Nice welcome. Desk staff very helpful. Warm comfortable room. Bathroom very clean. TV with full Freeview. Wifi available. Breakfast was very good. Carpets could do with sprucing up but that's a minor gripe. For 30 quid a night & everything else being fine you'll overlook a few marks

Very friendly stuff and comfortable environment. We ordered some takeaway out and were allowed to eat in the restaurant. Overall, price is reasonable and worthy. Unfortunately, smell of one room we lived in was very bad and effected our sleep. a madam explained it just was paint a few weeks ago. She also provide us a candle which didn't help.

Clean, tidy. Staff friendly, helpful. More a Bed/Breakfast than a hotel. Only takeaway/delivery avaliable. No convenient restaurant locally. Hard to figure out the public transport routes. It would be good if they provided a 'local guide/map'

The very friendly greeting at reception. The room & bathroom cleanliness as well as the coffee and multi-chanel TV. Very sticky TV remote (had to wash it) which was an obvious oversight, but it was really bad.
