1)non ho potuto effettuare il pagamento in contanti perchè al mio arrivo avevano già ritirato i soldi dalla mia carta di credito invece voi sul vostro sito avete scritto che avrei potuto scegliere all'arrivo come a me faceva comodo pagare. 2)per la seconda notte è stato solo ritirata sul cuscino la coperta superiore mentre all'interno il lenzuolo era tutto stropicciato come lo avavo lasciato la mattina. Vado spesso in questo albergo e vorrei che stessero più attenti a queste cose, purtroppo non mi so esprimere correttamente in inglese e non ho potuto comunicare direttamente questi piccoli disagi al personale dell' albergo.

Quite bleak decorations and, despite some apparent refurbishment , there are rough finishes, eg wall behind bedhead not painted. With relatively little extra investment it could be made much more welcoming.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly to all four of us and although the hotel is far from the airport, the tram service is very close and I am glad I booked to stay here.

The pillows in the rooms were very hard, some people like tht but I found it hard to sleep. There should also be hairdryers avaiable in the rooms.

The overall package, there was plenty of space in the rooms, and it was excellent value for money, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone, also we were very pleased with the hospitallity and the breakfast was excellent!

The apartment was advertised as being a luxury. this was not the case. The bathroom had slugs in it. The living room had very hard settee to sit on and the kitchen was not up to much .

Very pleased with the room, was a good price too, was a lot better than i was expecting, very spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only thing bit lacked was a few teabags and a drop of milk for a cuppa in the morning, although i'm sure i would have got that if i'd made it to breakfast.

The Westlynne was nearby to the metrolink which took us into Manchester city centre within approx 15 mins. Rooms were simple but very comfy, staff were friendly. The room rates were good based on the location & standard of the hotel.

The girl at reception was very nice and helpful, offered to book us taxi's etc. The price we paid for an overnight stay was excellent and one of my friends was upgraded to an apartment even though we booked a double room, the apartment was excellent and had a fully fitted kitchen etc. Nice bar/breakfast area. It was very close to the men arena and the city centre. Parking space for cars was good, the general look of the building and insides was nice enough.

No air con, they did have fans in all 3 of our rooms we booked and big windows that could be opened. The cleaning staff walked in on my friends rooms without knocking first, that should not be happening! The shower head was broken and so the water pressure was low. Still recommend the place highly, these minor quibbles can be resolved easily.

The hotel was very easy to get to. The decor was modern and comfortable. The only criticism would be the nose from the main road into Manchester.
