The room was extremely clean and the in-room facilities were excellent. The free wifi worked very well and was a major attraction for me Room was a tad bit small |

We found this hotel friendly and relaxing with great access to nearby shopping centre. Bedroom was very big and exceptionally comfortable really enjoyed our stay would definately go back and have already recommended it to a friend. Only thing that they didnt do was food in the afternoon we had to go out for food yet we had enjoyed the evening meal the night before.and would of eaten in the hotel again had they provided a dining service for the afternoon. |

Free car parking enabled us to leave the car at the hotel and use the excellent bus service from right outside the hotel. The room was spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom was also of a good size and had a steam shower. Very hard bed alleviated somewhat by staff providing an extra duvet to put on top of the mattress. |

The hotel staff were lovely and made every effort to create and a warm and friendly atmosphere, extremely patient and good with the children. Food in evening was lovely and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast in the morning could have been cooked and presented a little better. |

N/A Hotel is really old and old fashioned. Tv didn't work properly, pipes were leaking and service was really poor and unpleasant. So all in all I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, taking into consideration that it is not the cheapest option. |

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Local transport was adjacent to the hotel. Restaurant food was excellent. Poor television quality and curtains not fitting the windows. |

Nothing. The prebooking information is misleading The packing was not avialble and I had to wait for one hour on the road to see if anyone may leave. Fortunately a guest left at 11.30 pm and that when I got a packing next to the road. The staff were rude and mostly a lady shouted at me and my wife to wait for breakfast table and I did not know that there was a waiting procedure in place. Lack of variety in breakfast cereals, I booked an executive room and got a dirty room, only one night gown was provided and I had my wife with me, The floor on the corridor was cricking due to age and no repairs |

The staff, the breakfast and the Restaurant meals were all fantastic.Parking was ample. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. The shower room in our room had a very very bad smell. As it was a former sauna .typr room, it has no ventialtion and there whuth the door conastanly closed it gets a bad smell. Also it gets too hot in the shower as the steam cannot escape while you ashowering |

A clean comfortable room and a friendly receptionist on the desk. We arrived on Sunday evening for overnight stay. The restaurant was closed so we ate in the bar. This was no problem but the choice on the menu was very poor and the food we ordered very indiffrent. I would not recommend anyone to eat in the hotel on Sunday evenings. This is an area which desperately needs improvementand therefore I cannot recommend the hotel for this point only. |

The breakfast was really nice and tasty. The room was cosy and television facilities was really good. I would have prefred to have breakfast a bit later. The doors to the rooms were old and did not feel they were very strong, if anyone was to try to force entry. |

Hotel was lovely, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere was created which made for a great stay. Room was tastefully furnished and bed very comfortable. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. At breakfast there was nothing to indicate other food options to the buffet, however, guests who had obviousy stayed more than one night knew they could order fresh eggs either fried or boiled. |

Room was very clean & comfy. Bus stop just outside. Handy for city center. Most of the staff were very freindly & helpful. We had a room at the front. Traffic quite noisey. There should be a blind or curtain on the bathroom window. |

The room was clean, the kettle together with all the facilities to make a cup of tea in the room is a very good idea, the staff were very efficient and courteous. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much. The stairs need to be repaired, they make too much noise when one is walking. |

Close to the city centre, easy to find, excellent shower facility, good breakfast, friendly staff. The Kettle in our room was dirty all round the bottom and sides, the tv would not work and when it was changed they put it on the only table and left the broken one in the room as well. The two chairs that were there, were as hard as nails to sit on |

The receptionist changed my room immediately when I wasn't satisfied with the condition of my original room. Although waiters were pleasant, I waited a long time before I got my first course and then a long time in between courses. |
