Car park space a bit tight if parking next to big cars or large vans.

Not far from the capital fm arena.the staff were friendly.

The bar area was awful, no atmosphere and looked very scruffy. Breakfast was very busy and we had nowhere to sit.

Compared to more modern hotels it feels rather cramped - too many people in too little space. Some noise from other rooms/corridors.

Friendliness of reception staff when I arrived late evening. Comfortable bed and good facilities in room. Bath which was a bonus and I could watch tv at the same time!

The room design was good.

Reciptionist was less than polite & her customer engagement skills need a complete review. Room 209 faces the road & the poor windows ment one heard all the traffic noise hence a very poor sleep. Celine Dione started playing at 7am which was louder in the room than the resturant.The breakfast was dry & had been sitting around for hours with the beans & the bacon was like rubber.I Would never ever go there again & would advise you to do the same!

Hard to find - Nottingham does not seem to believe in adequate signage for visitors. Traversed city centre rather more than I would have wished. Map on booking.com poor. None of which is hotel's fault!!

The hotel was excellent, the cost was very good value for money and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The dinner menu was a little restricted, especially for my wife who needs a gluten free diet. We were in room 325 and the lift did not go to all floors. I had to carry our casews up and down about 4 flights of stairs.

great value for money. very friendly staff. room was comfortable had all i needed. the restaurant serves lovely food and reasonably priced. ideally situated for the city centre.

very noisy main road. Very noisy other guests late at night. Poor quality croissants, bacon and very weak coffee. NO DUVET OR BLANKET PROVIDED.

Lovely quiet room, not overlooked, situated at the back of the hotel. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. Big, clean, hot bath in big bathroom. Comfy bed. TV in good position for watching in bed. I asked for a room in a quiet location and I got one so thank you.

1). Breakfast system, but the food was a little beyond its best if you were late. 2). Quiet. 3). Parking was convenient. 4). Close to Forest Pak for walks.

1)>Between reception & room 321 there is a flight of 4 steps with no handrail. This is a difficulty for old people with weak knees carrying luggage in both hands. 2). Old people would find it more helpful to step into the bath if there were a grab rail on the opposite wall. 3). Light is needed over the bathroom basin mirror. 4). More hooks are needed in the bathroom.

the lady on reception that sorted our room out after a man put us in a single room, then didn't give us our key until we asked! The lady was helpful and apologised for his mistake.

the cleanliness of the room was poor the shower floor had dirt that needed scrubbing off, the kettle top was full of dust/dirt, the cup had a crack in it. I would not recommend this hotel to others or use it again!
