Best Western Westminster Hotel

La habitación era muy comfortable. Todo un detaller incluir chocolate o café y galletas en la habitación.

Un poco lejos del centro para moverte a pie. Cerca en bus.

Lo único destacable fue la excelente atención del Sr. Luigi Speziale, encargado del restaurante.

Hacia mucho frio en el dormitorio y no dieron calefacción. La cama no era doble, sino que habian juntado dos chicas por lo que la unión en el medio era muy molesta y las sabanas no eran de la medida correcta.

The Breakfast was awful - reminiscent of a poor transport cafe. It was a full buffet but the black pudding was dry and bent, the beans were in some kind of liquid swill, the scrambled egg was part liquid. Just not what I expect at a Best Western. There has evidently been a refit but the cold water came out hot initially - an elementary plumbing error and bad for drinking. The razor point only worked after much wiggling and was clearly a poor cheap fitting. Otherwise it was clean and ok.

The hotel is looking very old fashioned and tired, although very clean

the evening meal was very reasonably priced, staff friendly, close to shops

The room was extremely clean and the in-room facilities were excellent. The free wifi worked very well and was a major attraction for me

Room was a tad bit small

Free car parking enabled us to leave the car at the hotel and use the excellent bus service from right outside the hotel. The room was spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom was also of a good size and had a steam shower.

Very hard bed alleviated somewhat by staff providing an extra duvet to put on top of the mattress.

The cleanliness particularly impressed me - I would definitely stay there againand recommend to others

Hotel is really old and old fashioned. Tv didn't work properly, pipes were leaking and service was really poor and unpleasant. So all in all I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, taking into consideration that it is not the cheapest option.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Local transport was adjacent to the hotel. Restaurant food was excellent.

Poor television quality and curtains not fitting the windows.

The staff, the breakfast and the Restaurant meals were all fantastic.Parking was ample. Rooms very comfortable and spacious.

The shower room in our room had a very very bad smell. As it was a former sauna .typr room, it has no ventialtion and there whuth the door conastanly closed it gets a bad smell. Also it gets too hot in the shower as the steam cannot escape while you ashowering

A clean comfortable room and a friendly receptionist on the desk.

We arrived on Sunday evening for overnight stay. The restaurant was closed so we ate in the bar. This was no problem but the choice on the menu was very poor and the food we ordered very indiffrent. I would not recommend anyone to eat in the hotel on Sunday evenings. This is an area which desperately needs improvementand therefore I cannot recommend the hotel for this point only.

Hotel was lovely, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere was created which made for a great stay. Room was tastefully furnished and bed very comfortable. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

At breakfast there was nothing to indicate other food options to the buffet, however, guests who had obviousy stayed more than one night knew they could order fresh eggs either fried or boiled.
