Good location and quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff. The bedoom was clean and beds comfortable but sealant around the shower required renewing instead of painting over the mould. |

The hotel is in a great location in Bayswater, 5-10 minutes walk from Bayswater tube station which is conveniently on the circle abd dustrict line. There are heaps of cafe and multicultural restuarants to choose from including supermarkets and a shopping centre. It has a nice modern look and a cafe available during the day for breakfast or just a cup of tea which is all we bought there. Some may say the room including the bathroom is small but I thought it was perfect! Rooms were clean every day and tea/coffee making facilities were provided which was great. I was really impressed with the hotel and its location. Please take note, as per previous reviewers the building really is on a slant and you can feel it when you walk around in the room and int he hotel corridors. I didnt have a problem with it though and found it quite a amusing really! Strange thing was that the bed was on wheels which makes no sense as the bed moves whenever you move around on the bed. |

Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Service was excellent. Would stay there again. Unfortunately, I found other guests rude. They are very loud when they come in their room in the evening or at night. I think a simple please be quiet past this area sign posted close to the room doors may help. |

Staff very friendly and helpfull excellent advice available in reception on seeing all major attractions and how to get about rooms was very worn, carpet was threadbare, floor boards creak on all floors and cleaning staff work through the night so it is very hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper with all the banging and doors slamming |

The staff was friendly, the location and neighborouds are good It's expensive compared to the quality of the hotel. It's hold and not that clean. Room small and a little bit stinky due to old moquette. Bathroom really small and sink in the room and not in the bathroom. The "executive superior" room is as poor as standard room and bed uncomfortables |

cleanliness of the room, location of the hotel (5 min. walk to the Bayswater station), cheaper than the others in the same area, hotel staff (i forgot to bring a converter for electricity, they supplied me one asap), worth for money. wifi is expensive, lots of noise when you walk in the room because of wooden floor, room is small (a little bit claustrophobic) |

The room was of a fair size and clean and the bed was very comfy. Also a plus was digital Tv and point for a lap top. There were plenty of plug sockets which were conveniently placed (not always the case). The placement of light switches was also good. 2 lifts so you did not have to wait. Helpful reception staff. Nice location in Bayswater and near to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Had to have two bookings as could not add on another night to my original booking through booking.com. However I did e mail the hotel to point out that the bookings were for the same people and they replied that they would make sure we did not have to move rooms. However having had a heavy night out the previous night until gone 3. |
