room right at the front of the hotel, quite noisy.

The location, the staff, every day there are 2 bottles of water and cookies :), very clean! Good value for the money

Shower and bathroom little bit small and the walls are thin, you hear everything through the hall. Except that everything was good.

Brilliant place,lovely staff, spacious rooms and unreal location! Definitively staying again!

1) Great location - Notting Hill is adorable and Very close to all places of interest and shopping 2) very friendly and helpful staff, especially Amber 3) best ratio price/value from all cheap hotels I stayed at in London

1) Little space in the room. Firstly we had been settled in a so tiny room, that by no means could be called double (we booked a double room), but the next day we asked to change the room for a bigger one, and we moved into the bigger room where it was possible to live already.2) One more disadvantage -bad soundproofing: if your neighbours are out or sleeping its ok, but if they are going in the room, you will feel it as if they are in your room, but I think this is the problem of all European hotels, that should not be regarded as a too serious problem

Very friendly staff, especially Alex at the Front desk, also same Alex at the Restaurant. Very helpful when I returned after a week in Ireland, but couldn't get a room. Lady from Front desk, reservation manager I think also very helpful in finding another hotel for us. Even though I couldn't stay with Umi again, but I will remember your help and will recommend friends from Singapore if they plan to be in London.

Facilities a bit run down, due to old building but will be good if little upgrade of facilities, especially bathroom.

Convenience to central London and nice view from room. Room is clean, big enough for solo traveller, nice view from window. Nice to stay!!!

Nothing.

This is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at. An absolute ripoff. It's loud, you hear the lift all night and people above you and walking down the corridor. Just awful, had around two hours sleep all night. Hate this place, never again.

Breakfast awesome Staff helpful and friendly

Floors squeaked and people above me moved all night making it a nightmare I did not get any sleep both nights it was the worst I hav ever experienced incl back packers. I am booked to stay on my return and I am trying to change that as I do not want to return.

the room this time was 'shabby' and well past its 'sell by date.

Recommend superior room. Very clean, comfortable. Close to central and circle lines. Better than expected for price (in London)

The reception staff were friendly. The location could not be more perfect, with close proximity to Bayswater and Queensway Underground Stations. Plenty of halal restaurants. We were delighted.

The room was pretty basic, even for the Club Room. Beds and pillows were too soft. The wooden floorboards creaked each time you take a step.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good value
