Westpoint Hotel

Estava ben situat, tocant a la part Nord de Hayde Park, amb BUS i Metro molt a prop. Les habitacions i els lavabos estaven molt nets, però eren massa petits.

L'esmorzar era infumable. Ja havíem llegit una crítica en aquest sentit però crèiem que exagerava. Dels 7 dies que teníem pagats només vam poder soportar esmorzar a l'hotel 4. Cada dia hi havia el mateix, a més, era poc variat i dolent.

The location was very good, very near Paddington station, clean and nice. If I go there again I probably stay at the same hotel!

Sometimes staff could not indicate how to travel to the airport or other relevant information of the city

reception area was grand and welcoming. Staff were helpful

Disappointed with the size and decor of the rooms, especially after seeing how nice the reception area was...shower was tiny and rooms very old fashioned.

Nothing is good about this hotel except location.

Small tiny rooms, No shampoo in the bath room, The soap is so small that you hardly can see it. TV as old as my grand mother good bless her soul. TV program bad and imagine no remote control like we are staying an 19th century hut.

The dining room is very attractive and modern. The hotel is centrally located and near Paddington Station which is very accessible by the Heathrow Express.

The bathroom is too small but the rest is excellent.

You could here the people in the next room to me go to the toilet. Other than that every thing else was great

I found the hotel clean and ideal for our short stay in London. Breakfast very basic not much choice. The bathroom was very small.

Our hotel room decor needs updating and some of the walls had holes in them.

The staff was great, especially the brazilians and portugueses, very helpful

The room definitely wasn't the same of the picture, I decide to pay much more because that picture, this is not fair, the room and bathroom was very very very very small, wasn't soap and shampoo there, the towels, very old and small, the breakfast is awful, no remote control for the small tv, with 4 channels only, in the same block was 3 or 4 hotels much more cheap with same features, the location isn't the best, is preferable a hotel far way of the center, because they are more cheap and with more facilities, and the subway of london is the best, very easy to use and fast.

The bedroom was tiny and the en suite too small.Also the room was too hot but bed was very comfortable.
