Good location for sight seeing. Basic accomodation but adequate for a short city trip. Foyer and exterior appears to have recently been refurbished to a high standard, however, the bedrooms are in need of upgrading and re-decoration, which I am sure is part of their plan. Good price when booked through Booking.com. The bedroom was small and the bathroom/toilet was very cramped. The decor inside the bedroom was very dated and in need of an upgrade. The windows are single glazed and so the noise from the early morning road traffic was quite loud even with the window closed. But it meant we were up early! |

I found the hotel clean and ideal for our short stay in London. Breakfast very basic not much choice. The bathroom was very small. Our hotel room decor needs updating and some of the walls had holes in them. |

Reception area and the fish tank in the restaurant Rooms needed updating , limited breakfast choice, sharp corners on the side tables which was glass. Showers too small as the shower curtain just clung to you . |

The staff was great, especially the brazilians and portugueses, very helpful The room definitely wasn't the same of the picture, I decide to pay much more because that picture, this is not fair, the room and bathroom was very very very very small, wasn't soap and shampoo there, the towels, very old and small, the breakfast is awful, no remote control for the small tv, with 4 channels only, in the same block was 3 or 4 hotels much more cheap with same features, the location isn't the best, is preferable a hotel far way of the center, because they are more cheap and with more facilities, and the subway of london is the best, very easy to use and fast. |

The only 2 good things about Westpoint were the location, which was good for us, and the fact that we could park the car right outside, although there was a charge for this. The room was not very nice. The duvet cover looked like it had not been washed. The breakfast was very poor. The main complaint, however, was that there was no hot water on either of the 2 mornings we were there. When we complained, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. |

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location of the hotel when in London was close to most attractions, with easy access to buses and trains. The room and shower area was very small and the bed was quite hard. |

I liked the proximity to train station and Hyde Park and the eforts of the staff to make me feel comfortable across the street there was an all night party where the revellers came out to smoke frequently and made a hell of a racket til the early hours so not much sleep. Also the doors on the landings shhok my room when they were slammed by patrons. Bit inconsiderate. |

Great hotel. Friendly, serviceminded staff. Very clean. No big deal, really, but I would prefer it if the showerhead was movable, not stuck on the wall. |

First impressions of the outside & reception, pity it didn't carry on through to the accomodation The room was reasonably clean but very shabby. Little things like having shower caps & gel supplied is the norm these days but not at this hotel. Resturant staff dressed far too casually; jeans & trainers not my idea of smartness. No bacon with cooked breakfast either. Lift broken on arrival, still broken when we left. We were on fourth floor so had to climb a lot of stairs; carpet on which was comming away [ health & safety risk] If they had any disabled guests staying I don't know how they would have managed. Apparently there was a second lift but we were not allowed to use it?? |

Internet service has no printer and ends at 8.00 pm. Breakfast is the same every day, It would be nice to have a slight variation. Also I think that the butter and the jam are more hygeniv if the small sealed pacls are used. |

The hotel was in a central area and was close to tube station which was good for site seeing and shopping. Staff were very friendly The hotel room was a bit small for being a family room and the bathroom you could hardly move. Breakfast choice was basic but otherwise ok. One thing that did put me off at breakfast was a plug in air freshner which was very strong. I switched it off in the end, nice to have round the hotel but not in the dining room. |

The Hotel was recently decorated / refurbished. Tiling in the bathrooms was new. Breakfast a bit of a shambles - not enough staff, although those there were trying their best! |

The cleaning staff took money from my room; whilst it was only a small amount, it was hidden so they went through my belongings. On a smaller note, there is no hotel bar and all of the nearby bars close early. |
