The staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel was in a great location and kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was ok but not much variety. |

For inner-city London (Zone 1 & 2) and near the Underground (Paddington Stationl 1 block), this was perfect. I chose this based on reviews for this price-range, and it was perfect!. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating; lobby was wonderful; room was clean; breakfast was actually better than we expected, based on the reviews. They had the rooms we wanted and hard to find: triples (we needed 2). [Other hotels could only offer 3 doubles and were costly.] I loved having the tea in my room at night and morning. [I like real milk and two small grocery stores were nearby to pick it up----so was Krispy Cream Donuts at Paddington Station! This is a "luxury" for our kids since we live in Germany.] Our main reason for picking this hotel was "best rate for the location, with positive reviews." Yes, rooms & bath were small, but this is innercity Europe, so expected....and our purpose was a comfortable bed & shower, not to stay in the room or hotel all day. |

The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are small but you don't visit London to stay in an hotel room! The hotel has improved over the years we have stayed there. The free internet service is a good innovation. The ability to leave your luggage there until you are ready to catch a late evening flight is very convenient, as is the hotel's proximity to Paddington station. The included breakfast was adequate. The staff were very helpful. I will visit the hotel again on our next trip to London. The walls of the room were a bit 'thin" and noise travelled easily, but as I said before, we didn't stay in the hotel much. The rooms were a bit small, particularly if you had more than one large case. |

The hotel was in a very convenient location for the underground and british rail. Also very near to Hyde Park, which was very nice to walk to. The room was very small indeed. Also the breakfast could of had a bit more choice. |

The staff are very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the on-line booking process very easy. The shower unit is rather tight for a big person! Also, the choice of one cereal (cornflakes at that) is uninspired and not very healthy - shreeded wheat, weetabix or even porridge would be better choices. And could non-sugar sweetners be provided in the bedroom and the breakfast room? (They may be available if asked for but one shouldn't have to do this) But this is nit-picking! |

Very good location, nice and friendly staff, exellent cleaning. From outside and in the lobby it looks very fashionable. But when you leave the elevator everything needs a make-over. Too small and worn out rooms, only handsoap i bathroom, very dull breakfast. |

Good location is the only positive thing. The service was not good, they did not change dirty sheets, there was no refill of condiments or plastic glasses. The breakfast was not good, very cheap!!! |

The lobby was very impressive and the staff were very helpful. The size of my room was disgraceful, the lift shaft had taken up the majority of space, so much so that the bathroom was that small that i couldn't even close the door whilst stood at the sink. Also the continental breakfast was very disappointing. |

It was convenient for the train station and local eating. No dinner facility. Basement room with noisy towels and bedding delivery and morning activitity outside window. Very poor breakfast - all the eggs and beans had gone at 9.15am with no signs of replacing.Extremely basic room. small shower cubicle. |

I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean comfy bed with adequate facilities, fantastically located with friendly helpful staff oh and I forgot - a free breakfast thrown in. No you cannot play five aside football in the bedroom but do you really need to? So the ensuite is'nt the biggest in the world but big enough to wash in. Breakfast a little basic but filled the gap and no added cost.If you need something more very good breakfasts served locally. |

The Abbey Court is situated in one of the most desirable areas of London, not far from all the capital has to offer. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
Only 2 minutes from Paddington station, Hyde Park and close to Lancaster Road and Bayswater Road, this 4-star hotel has a convenient but quiet location in a private terrace. |
