The telivision did not work correctly. For a tall person it was difficult to get to thr toilet and into the shower, It should be mentioned in your e mail advert. That the rooms such as the accommodation in room 67, is only suitable for very small people. The food supplied for breakfast, was of very poor quality and nothing like specified in your e mail write up.

My stay was a very positive one. The staff were very helpful at all times, and the dining area was particularly welcoming. My room, though small, was clean and quiet. The lobby was a comfortable place to sit and use my iPad. Although the hotel was very busy, there was always someone on hand to answer questions. The location was excellent. A few 100 metres from Paddington Station, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, tourist and regular bus services, and it is just a stroll to Hyde Park.

My only recommendation is that they could vary the breakfast menu a bit. I had exactly the same breakfast 3 days in a row.

It was very clean and the staff where very pleasant and polite to be honest for the money we paid we were very shocked at how nice it was there.

The hotel staff were very helpfull and courteous.I found my room comfortable and clean.The location was excellent, within walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

Would have been nice to provide an airport transfer service.As I was a single traveler I found difficulty in carrying luggage up and down stairs at Paddington station and then again at Victoria station.

Booked an apartment with a double bed. Excellent space in the living area and well laid out. Bedroom was fine but luckily we were on the 5th floor as there was some road noise. It was a short walk to the station and plenty of places to eat nearby

Room not up to standard for the price. Small basement room, with very limited space. En-suite shower room had very small wash hand basin and very very small shower area! When booking web site said last room available, but did not state the standard of the room, which in our opinion was poor. This was taken up with reception but nothing was avaliable.

Location is good, quite close to Paddington tube station. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was very small, but everything worked. The breakfast selection is somewhat unimaginative.

The Hotel is very clean , free internet all hotel including the rooms , good location 2 minutes from Underground and bus, good restaurants around....

The hotel was in a great location,near underground,trains and buses.We had no trouble getting around London and finding our way back to our hotel, The cost was very reasonable compared to other hotels in Londqn. The breakfast was very good with a good variety for everyone,

It was a little noisy but what do you expect in London. Also sky tv would be nice, but tv in room with freeview was adequete.

Westpoint hotel is very close to paddington station, and we needed to catch the heathrow express in the morning, so it was very convenient for that.

Our room was very small, and the shower room was small too. It was very dated looking, and our bed was not very comfortable, luckily we were only there for one night.
