Прекрасное расположение , завтрак нормальный , хотя и однообразный , скорее привычный для нас . В сравнении с другими отелями где только мусли ,тосты и варенье с маслом. Минус - маленькие комнаты и санузел. Фен, Пульт от TV и др. мелочи выдают под залог. |

Хорошее отношение персонала, как на рецепшине так и в столовой. Каждый день уборка в номере. завтрак можно было бы разнообразить. Ну и ванные комнаты на поддаются критике, для среднего роста и выше есть проблема сходить в туалет и помыться потому, что они сделаны для "карликов"(извиняюсь за бедность речи) |

Отличное местоположение, внимательный персонал, тишина в номерах. Надо бы заменить сантехнику и телевизоры в номерах. И уж конечно в душе должен быть шампунь. Да и белье свое уже отслужило, особенно полотенца. |

Небольшой отель, прекрасный персолал гототыв помочь в любую минуту. Очень плохой завтрак, сильная слишимость из корридора в номер, номера требуют ремонта. |

Самое большое достоинство отеля - это его расположение. В 2х минутах ходьбы от станции Paddington откуда очень удобно добираться до центра, в 5ти минутах от Гайд Парка. Завтрак должен быть более разнообразным. |

очень чисто, очень уютно, персонал вежливій и услужливий, очень близко к метро, автобусным остановкам, к некоторым достопримечательностям. одним словом - советую! чудесный отель! можно приобрести одеяла по-красивее и завтрак по-богаче |

The location was very good, very near Paddington station, clean and nice. If I go there again I probably stay at the same hotel! The beds were a little a bit hard. |

It was conveniently located, the hotel and entry looked very nice, it was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The room was tiny and situated over the stairwell, the window was unlocked and opened onto a balcony making me feel unsafte, the heating did not work, but eventually they brought me a portable electric heater. |

Very good hotel, great location, the room was small but fine. The breakfast was also ok. I would return Sometimes staff could not indicate how to travel to the airport or other relevant information of the city |

reception area was grand and welcoming. Staff were helpful Disappointed with the size and decor of the rooms, especially after seeing how nice the reception area was...shower was tiny and rooms very old fashioned. |

Nothing is good about this hotel except location. Small tiny rooms, No shampoo in the bath room, The soap is so small that you hardly can see it. TV as old as my grand mother good bless her soul. TV program bad and imagine no remote control like we are staying an 19th century hut. |

Sight seeing and shopping. The staff were great and very helpfull. but the room was not good at all. the bathroom was small, Very small, The room was in need of decoration. The room was run down. It was only my wife who stopped me going to the front desk to complain. And I asked for none smoking and got a smoking room. so as for the room in one word, C***P. |

The dining room is very attractive and modern. The hotel is centrally located and near Paddington Station which is very accessible by the Heathrow Express. The bathroom is too small but the rest is excellent. |

Good location for sight seeing. Basic accomodation but adequate for a short city trip. Foyer and exterior appears to have recently been refurbished to a high standard, however, the bedrooms are in need of upgrading and re-decoration, which I am sure is part of their plan. Good price when booked through Booking.com. The bedroom was small and the bathroom/toilet was very cramped. The decor inside the bedroom was very dated and in need of an upgrade. The windows are single glazed and so the noise from the early morning road traffic was quite loud even with the window closed. But it meant we were up early! |
