Westville Hotel

the hotel was very convenient ,near the town and the asda store and very easy to find .I would stay again

I phoned reception at 10.03 and asked the lady at the desk to order breakfast for us and we were told we were too late breakfast finished at 10 am she offered us toast & bacon which we accepted ,we couldnt eat it as it was clearly cooked a while and was inedible

Hotel was excellent but rates high for these recessionary times..

Beautiful hotel with excellent services.

Friendly front desk staff, in particular Mary who arranged a change of room for us.

Machinery noise levels in allocated room prevented sleep on first night. Late night arguing by clients in corridor and outside front door of hotel late into the night prevented sleep on second night. In all two sleepless nights for my wife and I.

Staff were very helpful once things were spelled out to them. We ordered 2 newspapers, in very clear writing, and they got both of them wrong.

1 - Diffiicult to find if you do not know Enniskillen. 2 - We could hear all the plumbing (toilet flush, shower) from the room next door.

Very clean and modern. Hotel staff very happy to help, especially the young lady at reception.

The staff were excellent, very good customer service. We asked to change our room and this was completed in a short time. Breakfast was cooked to order, not Buffet, thank goodness and it was delicious as was the evening meal we had on the first night.

Food in the restourant

This boutique hotel, the owners and the staff, will go to any lengths to ensure thier guests comfort and convenmience. For example, when we asked for a taxi to take us to an event we were attending, the owner got out his own car and took us to the event at no cost! We would describe the hotel as using the latest materials, furnishings and fittings to offer a bang up to date experience within a traditional hospitality template of high quality and great service. Add to that great food and you have a hotel that will make any visit into a memorable event.

Comfort stay while traveling in this area.

Very new and nicely designed. Staff and service good. Bar food good with varied selection.

The separate restaurant was trying too hard to be upmarket but it was overpriced for the location and for holiday makers. We ate in the bar both nights.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was excellent.

Initial room was too noisy - we were moved for our 2nd night. Lift stopped working. Wireless Internet did not work.
