Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen GBP 25,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.

Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.

Hotel was great location, within walking distance to town centre, shops and bars. Hotel was spotless and room very luxurious. Bar had great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will be returning. |

the hotel was very convenient ,near the town and the asda store and very easy to find .I would stay again I phoned reception at 10.03 and asked the lady at the desk to order breakfast for us and we were told we were too late breakfast finished at 10 am she offered us toast & bacon which we accepted ,we couldnt eat it as it was clearly cooked a while and was inedible |

The staff were very friendly, helpful and dedicated to their job. We only stayed one night but the facilities seemed up to standards. We liked the fact that you charge per room and not per person. |

Friendly front desk staff, in particular Mary who arranged a change of room for us. Machinery noise levels in allocated room prevented sleep on first night. Late night arguing by clients in corridor and outside front door of hotel late into the night prevented sleep on second night. In all two sleepless nights for my wife and I. |

Staff were very helpful once things were spelled out to them. We ordered 2 newspapers, in very clear writing, and they got both of them wrong. 1 - Diffiicult to find if you do not know Enniskillen. 2 - We could hear all the plumbing (toilet flush, shower) from the room next door. |

The very relaxing atmosphere of the hotel ,good food and the staff always ready to acccomodate the visitors requirements. I believe there is a need to to re-examine the door room security/locking system. Perhaps this could be covered under the new building snagging list |

It is centrally placed in the town; the staff are genuinely helpful and the rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped. We enjoyed a superb freshly cooked breakfast served again by helpful and friendly staff who were always keen to please. |

The staff were excellent, very good customer service. We asked to change our room and this was completed in a short time. Breakfast was cooked to order, not Buffet, thank goodness and it was delicious as was the evening meal we had on the first night. |

This boutique hotel, the owners and the staff, will go to any lengths to ensure thier guests comfort and convenmience. For example, when we asked for a taxi to take us to an event we were attending, the owner got out his own car and took us to the event at no cost! We would describe the hotel as using the latest materials, furnishings and fittings to offer a bang up to date experience within a traditional hospitality template of high quality and great service. Add to that great food and you have a hotel that will make any visit into a memorable event. |

The room and bathroom were good It was very close to the town centre and had good parking facilities. At breakfast there were not enough staff and some days we had to wait quite a while for tea and coffee. I think there should be more fresh fruit at breakfast eg fruit salad and strawberries. We had to have luke warm baths as the knob would not turn to hot. |

Very new and nicely designed. Staff and service good. Bar food good with varied selection. The separate restaurant was trying too hard to be upmarket but it was overpriced for the location and for holiday makers. We ate in the bar both nights. |
