Very friendly welcome from the owners .
Michelle & Pedro very helpful with our party from the moment we arrived to the minute we left.
Loved the bar area very nice and the rooms were nice and clean.
Breakfast was good and choice was good ,made what you wanted no fuss .

Amazing weekend away hosts were very friendly and helpful. The annexe was amazing, beautifully done in a lovely area and we loved the amazing hot tub and private terrace. Had a well deserved relaxing weekend away we both needed thank you so much would definitely recommend.

Property is in a stunning location. It was so quiet and peaceful. Kirsty was so welcoming, gave us alot of really useful information about the local area such as walks and local attractions. Our room was really spacious and the view was stunning from the window. Breakfast was also amazing and both the checking in and out experiences were second to none. We will definitely be back in the very near future with kids in tow.

Bedale and the surrounding areas are really lovely used to go with my late wife. We got to know a few people there and i still stay in touch with them. Now that I am alone my grandson likes to go with me and soak up the area that his much loved and missed nana loved

The Reubens was so warm n welcoming as soon as we stepped inside. Our room was lvly n very clean n smelt si fresh as evreywhere in the hotel did .There is a fridge on the landing where y can help uself to milk for u room ..bonus ! .Ace decorations up for Christmas 🎄. We had dinner in restaurant n had kiddies menu too all food was really good 👍. Free water for rooms from the bar Breakfast good choice full English was yummy 😋. Pretty market town. Some nice independent stores. Close to Yorks Dales to the West and Yorks Moors just on the East. Great location for access to many areas of interest and only a few mins from the A1. Recommend The Wensleydale Heifer at West Witton - 25 mins away. Great place for a couple to eat if you appreciate nice food and service - but quite £££ so be prepared. You do get what you pay for.

It was very clean, everything you could need was provided, the location was great - an easy 5 minutes walk to Bedale High Street, there was allocated parking immediately outside and also a garage if needed. The garden was well maintained , and seating and a table were provided - it would be lovely in summer. The communication from the owner was good, and very prompt, and the information he provided was clear and helpful too. Highly recommended.

Very friendly host. & lovely dogs etc Charming situation, with great resources for both people staying in cottages and fab facilities for the campsite. (Loved the idea of the lending scheme, even though we didn't actually use it. It meant the cottages were kept tidy, but we could access anything more we needed)

Our room was fine, spotless and comfortable which was all we needed after a day and night on the beer in Bedale! I had a full English breakfast which was great, help yourself to tea and coffee, yoghurt and cereal were also available. We'll definitely visit again.
