The hotel was easy to find and a short 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was newly updated and had eveything we needed. Our favorite part was the amamzing breakfast that was served in the morning. It was what made our stay so great. We left in the morning full and ready to see the sights. A great bargain! I did not like carrying around the huge room and front door key. since it was winter I could put it in my large coat. It was still an inconvenience. |

Great service and friendly staff was real please with the staff. They did not bother me at any level. I would go back. Felt as it it was a bit costly but I been in other place that has been worse and paid a lot more. Clean and tidy. Staff did not bother me and I was allowed to come and go as I please. That was great because other Guest House do not let you do that so I give them a 98% rating The light bulbs were engery saving light bulbs and they cause headaches and migrains and that clinically proven and I just happend to suffer from the worst type of migrains. The shower had a very poor water flow in fact I was wondering if their was a water shortage. Toilet light was left on the room next to me which meant the fan run most of my last night. Because the walls are wafer thing and my bed was hard up against the wall I end up getting up at 3am to deal with this . I went out in the hall and could find staff well it was 3am fair enough but I noticed the door was open in the room next to me so I knocked the door went in and as their was no one their I turned of the Bathroom light thus stopping the fan. So the loss 2% scoring |

Staff accommodated my requirements bringing me a breakfast tray for an early departure the next morning (6:45 am). Pleasant manner. Comfortable room and bed. Got a good impression even though I was there only a total of 10hrs 15 mins. Would recommend and stay there again. Wasn't there long enough to encounter anything negative. |

Breakfast was a large portion and was good. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Staff made special arrangements for an earlier than usual breakfast when we had to leave early for a day trip. That was very much appreciated. |

The location was very near the town centre without being in the actual centre which meant it was easy walking to the attractions but the street was not noisy and busy |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good service, quite good breakfast. Location OK. We got good recommendations for walks, restaurants and bike rental etc, really happy with that. The rooms were quite small and oldfashioned, bed OK but not too comfortable. We paid £68 through booking.com and though that the price was somewhat steep. |
