Go into the hotel expecting 3 star, not 4 star. It's not for the lack of enthusiasm from the staff, they're lovely, but I think they could do with one or two more training courses and a better eye for detail to make it really 4 star! For example, no loo roll holder, loo rolls half used, other people's shampoo and conditioner was still in the bath, the double beds are two singles zipped together, messy wardrobe, curtain not on a proper rail and small stain on drawers. All these things don't really matter and aren't crucial to your stay, (and we really loved our stay there!) they're more of an attention to detail thing, but those are the the kind of things that I would expect to be changed if it was 4 star service. However the price reflects 3 star, so I am not complaining!
Overall, great hotel.
This hotel is gorgeous, the decor, setting, view, everything is stunning. Very pretty hotel.

The breakfast provided was really nice and extensive.
