Everything. Just get there in the daylight because it is in a tiny village and you'll struggle to find it in the dark. Wonderful landlady, great decor- very English which was exactly what tourists like us appreciate the most. You could shoot a Famous Five movie here.
Bed was a little worn and cistern slow to fill but that's really nitpicking.
Location on working farm Good breakfast
Breakfast was excellent in a charming dining room, bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at whitchurch farm B&B! Thank you!
Nothing, we had a great time.
Beautiful house, beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful landlady.Impressed by very green and warm heating.
Excellent host and tremendous breakfast.
Friendliness, large room, Beautiful views Excellent breakfast with huge choice... 10 Mins from Stratford..
We were attending a wedding nearby and looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay. This fitted the bill perfectly. We had a comfortable room with a really good shower, and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning.
Huge and comfortable bedroom, lovely atmospheric old farmhouse, excellent breakfast.
An absolute "spot of paradise", immersed in the countryside, you wake up with sight of cows, sheep and their "calling"...rich and excellent english breakfast, very kind and caring welcome, free parking, very close to Stratford u.A.
Double bed a little small, a little larger would be better...but that's a detail...
Friendly and attentive hostess, excellent and copious breakfast - sausages from home-reared pigs, home-made preserves etc. Comfortable four-poster bed in a large and well-furnished room. Clean and fully-functioning bathroom. This Georgian farmhouse located in the quiet of a rural hamlet has lovely walks immediately at hand.
Staying on a working farm inevitably brings a little noise, as the work must go on. Keeping the large rooms spotless must be a challenge; this beautiful farmhouse has the charm of a well-worn family home rather than the sanitised blandness of a modern box. That suits me just fine.
Warm welcome, friendly and able to give recommendation for getting food locally, beautiful location and building, large room and good facilities, delicious breakfast and great choice.
We absolutely loved the house, farm, gardens and location - a quintessential English countryside experience! The rooms were lovely, the children adored the gardens and animals, and breakfast was delicious! Elizabeth is most gracious and fun to chat with!
The hostess was excellent. Great to deal with. The location was excellent as well. A farm that is only located within 10 minutes of Stratford Upon Avon.
A super quiet location but still close to places of interest. Elizabeth made us feel so welcome and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. As this was a birthday treat she even included a bottle of bubbly - such a lovely personal touch. The farm house is gorgeous and it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a quiet cup of tea and soak up the last of the days summer sun.
The host, Elizabeth, was very friendly and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the area. She runs the B&B side of the farm all by herself.
Cleanliness: thick layer of dust on bathroom rubbish bin, cobwebs everywhere, dead flies seen in the morning still in the same place in the evening. Inconsistent breakfast: sausages juicy one day, tough the next day. Soggy toast one day.
really friendly lady and excellent breakfast
bathroom was small
Great couple running the B&B who literally couldn't do enough to help! Great breakfast too!
Wonderful friendly owner, great breakfast.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The B&B was a great location for where the wedding reception was - breakfast was also very good
Taxi's are difficult to get hold of and are expensive as they have to come from Stratford
Great location, lovely building, perfect hosts and home made sausages. ..mmm
Our whole experience was wonderful. The countryside, the house, our room and the full English breakfast in the morning. Very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend!!!
Very friendly, welcoming and superb facilities
House had a bit of character about it which was good
Couldn't really fault anything
This hotel is in a great location if you want to stay outside of Stratford-upon-Avon and/or enjoy walking. it is very eco friendly, the evening meal, cooked by Elizabeth the owner, was a good ending to the day (lots of menu choices).
