The Swimming pool, Gym and Spa facilities were convenient and were used by both of us. Within convenient driving distance of Londonderry city. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but by no means an issue.

When we got to the hotel every member of staff greeted us and made us feel very welcome. They made our break away! To be honest I have never been anywhere that has made us feel so welcome and we are regular hotel stayers for breaks away with our disabled child!

The facilities were great and the staff were very kind. The postcode was directing us wrongly on TomTom. So we had to search point of interest.

Friendly staff, lovely resurant, good breakfast: asked for kippers no problem. Excellent as base for touring. I.e trips to Donegall, Limivady, Coleraine etc Asked for rooms near lift as both ladies have trouble with stairs, was allocated two rooms on ground floor 20 yards from reception. This was a great help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful which is what we needed after a long trip from Cork to Derry. They went out of their way to help me on two different occasions during the evening and morning I stayed there. Rooms were spacious with nice TV and comfortable bed. All for a great price!

Bright, spacious foyer. Friendly, helpful reception, bar, pool and restaurant staff. Comfortable, relaxed bar. Bass at £2.50/pint. Sauna. Decor getting tired in hallways, and bathroom, however refurbishment in progress. Pool area also showing its age. Water not warm enough, particularly jacuzzi area.

Great value for money, attentive staff, clean newly refurbed room, good restaurant, family friendly. Nice to have a little dip in pool with the baby! Will def come back I would maybe have liked a bath, but we were given a disabled room so I know that isn't possible in there! Nothing has stood out to us that we would change- considering the price we paid for a room, there are def no complaints. Price versus value for money- you get way more than similarily priced hotels.
