Unfortunately during our stay the city suffered a major power cut, but the staff were excellent and kept us informed at all times. There was a true friendly atmosphere to the hotel. |

Having read some of the previous guest's comments I was a bit optimistic in making a reservation but decided to take the plunge, judge for myself & as a precaution, booked the (Deluxe QUALITY Room) Front car-park was full so parked in Main parking area, across a dark, mud dirt track accompanied with a few slabs I hulled my suitcases into the hotel. Staff appeared dull like the décor, bedroom contained 3 beds (1 of them blocked the Fire Escape!) all were covered with plain white sheets, the rest of the room was Outdated & Grubby, found the oldest hairdryer which was broken as air escaped thru the hosepipe, 4 channels on TV. Complained to reception & got nowhere as if they expected my call. Hotel from Hell.....Yes!! 3 Star.....NO!!! Having read some of the previous guest's comments I was a bit optimistic in making a reservation but took the plunge to judge for myself. Called reception & complained to be told this was the last Deluxe room available. If you’re looking for 1 star hotel this is it, hotel looked 40 years since last decorated, hairdryer in bathroom failed |

The restaurant food was excellent and the decor very relaxing and modern. The hotel had plenty of space which also was suitable for future golfing trips I would book. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The shower in our room did not function properly which we reported when we left and was noted, so I believe will be dealt with. |

I liked the swimming pool facilties, thats about it. I thought the room s are in desperate need of redecoration and the air freshner in the corridors are very strong.. there was a lot of drunken hooligans drinking in the bar which put me and my family off going there. They looked underage as well. the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful though. |

It was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in Britain, location was poor, room very dated and awful! I guess even though the rates were really cheap, it's not worth it! With 10 pounds on top of the rate you could get a 4 star in Derry. Breakfast was as bad as it gets, if you can even call it a breakfast, toilet/shower were minging.... revolting really |

The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. There was also the use of the swimming pool which was great. We also went to the restaurant, a bit expensive as a hotel usually is, but the food was great! I didn't like the Jacuzzi. It was included in a corner of the swimming pool and the bubbles weren't very strong. It is located close to the airport, so a bit far from the city, but if you have a car like we did it is no problem. |

it was very relaxed the room stank of stale smoke, obviously it had been a smoking room and the curtains and carpet were still there. |
