Nice pool and free parking My room overlooked a wall, so was unable to see any daylight. Restaurant closed at 9.30. |

We had a wonderful stay we were made very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff were so friendly we will definitly come back again. It was our 1st staya at the white hourse, we have been to Derry 5 times in the last 8 months and this was definitley the best accomidation and service we have had. |

Staff appear v friendly. Room comfortable & clean but it and the hotel appear in need of complete refurbishment - standard poor in comparison to other Best Western Hotels I have stayed in. Overall disappointing. |

The staff were helpful and friendly and we were pleasently surprised by the standard of food. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome. Its main advantage is its proximity to Derry Airport. The hotel is shabby and in need of refurbishment. Rooms are very small and basic. |

The staff were helpful & friendly It was very run down on the interior, the pool area was not pleasant, sauna was out of order and didn't seem clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and neither I nor my partner slept well. |

The staff were excellent & could not have been more helpful & kind. An elevator from ground to first floor level would be a good idea to aid guests with baggage, mainly on arrival. |
