The warm and friendly emails before I arrived. The professional and friendly greeting when I arrived. The introduction to the pets. The personal service was outstanding. Mary really does go the extra 10 miles. Breakfast service was excellent. Lovely environment. Annexe was perfect with kitchen and bathroom. The availability of the bike was a bonus. Mary and Tim went out of their way to help when my next accommodation arrangements went awry. They were always willing to answer questions about the area. The farm is in a very peaceful location. The conservatory was a lovely place to relax and for breakfast. Faultless service.

    There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely ancient farmhouse set in soporific idyllic surroundings. Nothing can outdo the warmth and kindness of the welcome. Wonderful breakfast and your host will act as great tour guide for the local area. We loved the farmhouse almost as much as we loved its owners.

An amazing place to stay. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. Mary even sent a text in the morning with directions, very helpful. A lovely friendly and helpful lady. The annexe was very well kitted out and extremely comfortable. We felt nothing was too much trouble.Great location for visiting the area. Would recommend to anyone.

We were made to feel at home the moment we arrived. Mary is so helpful, warm and accommodating that you feel like family, not a guest. A 5 star hotel couldn't deliver the high level of service we received during our stay at this delightful B&B. Our 18 month year old daughter absolutely loved every moment, and her needs were catered for to a tee. The grounds are stunning, Mary's breakfasts are exquisite, and we'll definitely be recommending this to our friends (and hopefully revisiting at some point!)

Beautiful and unique accommodation - lots of antiques and interesting items - so comfortable and Mary is so welcoming, she made us feel like family friends. The breakfast is amazing, fresh fruit salad, followed by full English or combination as desired. Really excellent food.

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like.

The warmth of the welcome was something special. The farmhouse, the garden and the room (I stayed in the Annex) are just lovely, but the best thing was Mary herslf and the lovely welcome and feeling of being added to the family. A delightful place to stay. Breakfast was fantastic with homemade bread and preserves. Next time I'm over that way I will definitely stay again.

from the moment we got there we were made to feel welcome, with home made cheesecake and tea. The room was well equiped with everything we needed. Mary was such a lovely lady who made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying a B&B. The grounds were fantastic, so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! We will be back for the concert in June.x.
