“ Decent enough room for the price, clean and everything worked. Overall decor not brilliant and a fridge in the room would have been nice but not major issues. Location excellent, 5 mins from Paddington tube, although in a fairly busy area no outside noise could be heard in the room. ”

It was where I wanted to be in relation to the local overground rail station. the room, the en-suite, the lack of facilities, the value for money, it was overpriced for what was available

Nothing about the hotel. Although have to say that the location was close to Paddington and Edgeware Road so plenty of paces to eat and grab a breakfast. also a few really nice pubs locally. £130 a night was at least £60 too much. The bedroom walls were running in damp, You could actually see the water marks running down the walls, Took photographs. A disgrace. We were however moved after complaining to one of their sister hotels but were told that was £150 a night, Ended up not paying the extra after arguing. Terrible ultra low quality continental breakfast with undrinkable orange juice and out of date Happy Shopper budget yoghurt !!. Would never ever stay here again.

I like the room. It is spacious. We booked the triple room, and we were given a room for four people. The toilet is too small.

Its central location and good transport facilities. The size of the downstair quadraple room we got was about 15 m2, so called bathroom (detailed also as toilett and shower) included. You could hardly move in the room where there were four people staying.

Nothing This is the worst place I have ever been in my life... I wanted to check out the minute I entered the room, but unfortunately had to stay there for the evening. There was no duvee, we had to use the bed's day cover instead and the receptionist laughed at me when I asked for a duvee?!?!?! The room smelled like dead animals and ficies!!! It wasn't clean at all. There was a ripped off pillow in the wardrobe! The window was not insulated, hence the extremely cold wind blowing at our heads while in the bed. Not to mention that the hotel is not at 102 sussex gardens, but at a perpendicular street. We were completely wet from the rain while looking for the entrance... We had to enter two other hotels to ask for ours?!?! Also the name of the hotel was not really white house, but seychelles or something like that! This was the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life!!! Not only I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but I wouldn't make a booking via this website ever again!

Location excellent, 5 mins from Paddington tube, although in a fairly busy area no outside noise could be heard in the room. Lack of TV remote - do people really steal old remote controls when they stay in hotels?! Just really annoys me when no TV remote provided and I assume its because of the worry of them being stolen!

The only negative would be that the bathroom is tiny but for £30 you can't really complain.

Location :) I did not like that in the room was really cold. With my husband we tried to get any extra blankets but there wasn't any. I am pregnant so that was really important for me to don't get sick, was windy in the room, coz of windows. and last night and the moring of the check out day - we didn't have a hot water in bathroom ;// we spoke with reception desk which insure us will be any minute - after an hour water still wasn't warm enough to have a shower - and the he called us to check out - was really really bad. we were unhappy with the place and how they deal with any isses of the guests. You can stay there but never during the winter.!!!!

Near to underground station. The Big Bus / Original Bus Tours bus stops were nearby. Easy to get halal muslim food. We were served by a receptionist Mr Ahbishek at Seymour Hotel who also served White House Hotel. He was friendly and showed us how we could spent our short 4 days in London fruitfully plus the overcrowed end of the year celebration. No Receptionist at White House Hotel. We shared with Seymour Hotel which was few doors away. I felt unsafe if the main door is not locked properly by other guests. I only read the message behind the glass door on my way out the next morning. Signage for safety has to be clear and visible. Receptionist has to highlight it to us before we go to our room. I felt that I am staying in an apartment not hotel. My husband used to sleep with 2-3 pillows to have his head raised due to his breathing problems and requested an extra pillow from another receptionist, but not given and apparently used our soft bagage to raise it. No Wifi. in hotel

1. That it is not its "own Hotel" as portrayed on the website, but part of a group of hotels. 2. Access to the family room is down a very precarious staircase which contravenes Health & Safety regulations due to the missing banister vertical rails. A small child can easily fall through. 3. Access to the dining room is down a similar very precarious staircase with a door that cannot be seen through. 4. The washroom/ toilet facilities for a family room are far from adequate.
