The hotel was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere.

I was very annoyed with the location,i only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the alexander palace according to your website [0.9 miles] not knowing the geography of the area we took it as fact and started walking to ally pally after walking 4-5 miles we were extreamly upset with your distance posted.the taxi back to the hotel cost me £10 which is a lot of money for less than a mile!

The location was ideal for our visit, our son & his student friends had recently moved house and we were visiting with other family members. White Lodge was convenient for transport links to where we needed to go. We had double & twin bedded rooms for the stay and they were great, both had a shower room. The rooms were clean & warm but we were offered extra heaters if we wanted them. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again in the future.

No parking: difficult to park in the streets around the hotel. Noise from the other rooms (doors) Heaters were not sufficient : additionnal heater the second night. No heater in the shower The second receptionest not helpful

Being right next to the bathroom and the door to the other rooms, every time someone opened and shut the doors it was loud. The bathroom door was very loud and kept waking me up in the middle of the night & early morning. Would be good if the staff would at least have signs for the guests to shut the doors quietly.

Good location for my trip. Clean. Good supply of tea/coffee. Shampoo and soap provided. Staff helpful, breakfast adequate. Good transport links. Local shops on doorstep.

A fairly long commute to tourist sites in central London.

It did seem expensive for a single room with shared bathroom and toilet, although perhaps £60 per night is ok for London?
