only two plug sockets in the room, (the third was at floor level behind the dresser) Breakfast should start at 06:30hrs that way you can be on your way before the morning rush-hour starts.

It is in a lovely area, and has an excellent train service into the centre of London.

The rooms where ready on time and the staff did all they could to make our stay comfortable.

The Sunday/bank holiday Breakfast arrangements, when most of the visitors would decided to come to breakfast, they had difficulty in dealing with the numbers that come down to breakfast. Long wait to be served and get their meal.

the location was good for meeting with local company, and the service of the staff just excellent. the food was wonderful, rooms are very quiet even though there is a busy roundabout outside, the rooms at the back of hotel so no sound. bed nice and comfy and would love to stop more.

the cost was just outside buget i get set for hotel, otherwise i would stop here more, but as i had meeting local i may get away with it

Staff was very helpful and friendly! 10 min bus ride to hampton court palace. Loveddd the towel warmer! We would definitely stay again!

The White Hart Hotel is in a good location very close to Kingston upon Thames and about a twenty minute walk from Hampton Court Palace the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable.

As we checked in the receptionist was too busy speaking on the phone and it seemed we were a burden interrupting her phone call and the same thing happened as we checked out too busy speaking on the phone to acknowledge us which we found quite rude!

Ease of access to central London. Good reasonably priced food.

The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of very pleasant pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are also some very pleasant walks. The bedrooms are spotless and comfortable. We had some excellent food from a varied menu served until 10pm daily. The receptionist Elivia was outstanding. Very welcoming and helpful as were all the staff.

It looked great! Having access to the restaurant meals in a comfortable lounge fire setting was excellent for the children to be a part of it but away from annoying those without children.

The receptionist could of been a little friendlier when my husband spoke to her about heading to Lego Land when leaving. She was not awful but neither was she welcoming to assist. It's important to note that last impressions stick in a persons mind. Luckily the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful to the family, nothing was too much.
