Staff are helpfull & friendly. My room did not have a remote control for the TV, within 10 minutes I had a replacement. Great food with lots of variety. Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat.The room was comfy and clean. I would book again. My room was facing the main road so it was a bit noisy in the morning, but the location more than made up for this.

Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we spoke and dealt with were friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was fantastic and we will defintitely be returning. We only had one bath towel in the room. I am sure if we asked we would have got another but we managed as we only stayed one night.

Nice design and olde-worlde feel. Our room was nice enough but the bathroom presented some issues- we had booked a ''luxury'' room for the spa bath. However when we used it it leaked all over the place and the stand for the taps was loosely attatched to the wall and looked awful. When you used the shower attachment it was a bit of a nightmare to get the water to flow and also to control the head. The bathroom got very wet. A stand up shower should also be provided. The bathroom needed freshening up really, and also there was a blanket on the bed and I really think it's time duvets were provided!
