The simple yet modern styling of the rooms and the sympathetic way that this complemented the old original buildings. We were in an upstairs room in the newer conversion which was gorgeous: climbing the stairs to bed, sleeping under the eaves, romantic but also felt like the home you aspired to live in. Breakfast service was sloppy. There was only one waitress who didn't speak much English, seemed focussed on cleaning and wasn't pro-active. We had to go ask for hot coffee (the one out was cold), to see if there was a hot breakfast (only cereals were left out) and go hunt her down to get ketchup. This didn't spoil a lovely weekend but wasn't what you'd expect & was not our experience at dinner the night before. |

The Restaurant & Bar area of the White Hart, with its wood burning stove, is warm, cosy and welcoming. Food is excellent and rooms comfortable & clean. |

The comfort of the room was very good indeed and very spacious. The food was second to non. We enjoyed and evening meal and the breakfast was first class. One or two downside's. Bath robes were not produced, as advertised. Nor was there a fax machine (not that I needed one and the room did not have ironing facilities in the room, as stated. |

Easy to find with ample car parking. Good size comfortable rooms with decent quality furniture. Pleasant bistro type bar/restaurant with variety and value for money. Could not fault any thing, the inclusive breakfast was excellent too! |

Hotel & room nice, clean and modern. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. Compared to the price of the room, the food in the restaurant was on the high side but very good. |

The superior rooms are excellent as is the food. The staff are always welcoming and friendly whenever I stay there. The wireless internet service across all rooms and public areas could do with being improved from the perspective of a business traveller. |

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are a pleausre to stay in. There isnt anything that I can criticise. In a lovely part of the country and great staff. First Class !!! |
