the location, close to the tube station, a lot, unfriendly staff (not all), it was like sleeping on a spring, shower was just a trickle of water, and there is a certain smell of old about the place, but for the location and price i wasnt expecting 5 star facilities |

it has a convenient location to bayswater tube and the hotel is quiet enough. it could have been cleaner and the maid service could have been better but it was still ok for two adults to stay in. |

Some members of the hotel staff were really compssionate persons. They helped as they could according to circumstance. The room we were given was too smal for a family with 2 young kids. It was dirty, dusty, the bed was broken, and we had only hot water in the bathroom that had a extra small wash-hand basin. Later on they gave us a bigger room with two large beds, that was OK. And was also a little bit cleaner, with a large bathroom. But we had to pay extras for this room, although at my phonecall to the hotel they assured me the beds were large. It was not so, when we arrived at this hotel. It certainly is not suitable for a family with children. And many other guests had complained about their rooms and conditions of the hotel. It really needs to be completely rennoved. |
