We have stayed before the re-fit and the service is still the high standard as before. The rooms are excellent.......bathrooms are on par...lovely lovely stay........... |

The fact that you were able to bring take away food to your room, and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. The hotel looked terrible from the outside, the decor was awful. The room was definitely not worth £79.00, it was tiny, no air conditioning, and i cannot belive that breakfast was not included in the price. I would definitely not stay there agin, to be honest i didn;t really enjoy it at all. |

I was very happy with my experiance at this hotel, the owner and staff were extremely helpful, and the owner recommended a restaurant which was excellent. The carpark entrance had a very high ridge on one side which caused me to "ground" my car, on the way out. it should be made flat presenting a even surface on the way in and out. |

The food was good from a very limited menu, well presented and served hot. The floor in the room was almostunsafe to walk on, all the floorboards were loose and made aterrible noise. The wals were paperthin and you could hear every word spoken by the next room. |

A god location, a good breakfast in a pleasing terrace room..The staff were very very helpful - suggesting an excellent restaurant and fine pub for our evening meal. |

The room was nice and bed very comfy. It could have done with the breakfast being included in the price as Hiltons etc for similar price include full english breakfast. But some of the staff were very helfpful although some of them found it very difficult to understand English and reply back. The only thing was some difficulties with some of the staff trying to explain what you wanted and them answering as they found it difficult to understand and speak english. |

The staff could not have been any more helpful, we were made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large bathroom.The breakfast was excellent value for money. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much to ask. When we arrived we were given the opportunity to transfer the room to a sea view which we did. The food was excellent and for the first time ever in a hotel I was bale to have Soya milk which was on the menu at breakfast as standard, therefore I did not have to use my own. We are going to go back for another weekend stay. |

Was a little concerned that in room 203 the floorboards creaked and we were afraid of disturbing people in the room below especially if we got up in the night. Did mention it to Staff as we checked out. Felt they should have taken a deposit on booking. |

Lovely details in room such as flat screen tv, fair trade tea and coffee, heated towel rail and luxury toileteries. Breakfast was delicious and good value. Exellent position with good views. Very friendly staff. I would have prefered the traditional set up for breakfast rather than ordering items separately from the menu. However this did not impact on the cost |

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Any small niggles were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the room was comfortable. The television was mounted flat on a wall out of the line of sight from the room furniture and the reception on one evening rendered it unwatchable. |
