The reception desk was always attended and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was good value for money considering we were staying over a Friday and Saturday night when everywhere else was booked up. |

Convenient for city centre and other attractions. It is near a Metro station. The noise. The hotel is very near other hotels and student bedsit accomodation and on Friday and Saturday night the nearby hotels bars were full with young people drinking heavily before going on to nightclubs. The noise continued until about 5 a.m. |

The staff were informative, friendly, and hard-working: many multi-tasked to make sure your stay was comfortable and pleasant. The local customers at the bar were welcoming, and the hotel location meant you could get into town fast for a show or club, or you could relax in a local park. A cab rank was directly outside: brilliant. I've re-booked already. The internet access had several glitches, and the reception PC was in definite need of a makeover. Repairs and re-decoration were going on during my stay - but at least they dealt with missing bulbs etc. immediately. Again, good team work. Why are the TV's in hotel rooms so small? |

The hotel was run down and the shower was not working, there were also holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. Was a bit far out of town too. |

staff friendly and in general the hotel was reasonable - bar was vibrant to say the very least. Breakfast in the morning was good The general noise in the area - it was about 03:00 am before the noise died down and we could sleep - not a fault of the hotel/staff itself - just where the hotel is |
