Staff were excellent - very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. They let us check in early at no extra cost and one of the reception staff drove me to a wedding which was just down the road because there were no taxis available. The rooms are very small. There was a wardrobe which could only open halfway because the bedside table blocked it.

Hot water in the taps, a bath and a shower, that was a friendly size. Big room, two windows letting in the sunshine. Staff, young but very courteous, food excellent. Though assured that the produce was locally sourced, I was disappointed not to see it named on the menu. Wifi was very weak in the room and non- existent in other areas.

The leisure facilities and room were excellent The meal in the restaurant. Service was very slow it took over 90 minutes to be served our main course and then my wife's meal was poor

Loved the restaurant. Excellent food. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Lovely modern ensuite bathroom. Room could do with redecoration. Bathroom floor dusty behind door.

spa,restaurant, and most staff. spacious light airy room booked, but given tiny single room with double bed in. less than 30 inches leg room round 3 sides of bed. conned by hotel as client in next room booked thru groupon and got tiny room also. spoiled what shud have been A relaxing break and the girl on the front desk was obnoxious.we would never stay there again.
