Would be ideal for those who arrive by train as the station is just opposite. Also some good places to eat close by. Parking is difficult to find for those with a car. Room was very compact. |

Location to train station Electric toliet (makes terrible noise and very inconvenient), shabby room (holes in wall from bad redecoration, badly finished), breakfast done in microwave, very bad value of money as we had stayed previously at panorama guest house which is much better value for money and which i would recommend. At £55 per room per night, this is too expensive for backpackers which is the only group i would see this accomodation being suitable for. |

Whiteways is across the street from Penzance railway station. If you're travelling on foot, it's a perfect location. The breakfast is very good. The room was small, but the lights and plumbing worked properly. The room was small, but it was OK for a brief stay. |

This hotel is very well located for travellers using the train, local buses and National Express buses. Being without a car, this was most convenient for us. Very friendly hosts and good breakfasts. Traffic noise. While the room had double glazing which was effective the room was stuffy when the window was fully closed. |

The lady was very helpful and kind. During the second night I stayed in a double room which was much bigger and more comfortable than the first single room. The location close to the station and the centre (although the street is very noisy). The street is very noisy, the walls (welcome to Britain) very thin, and you can hear everything your neighbour does. Mine had forgotten to switch of the bathroom fan in the evening, and I could hardly sleep. |

not much very disappointing, it was just not finished gaps between floor and skirting board, also in bathroom gaps between skirting board and wall covering it looked like it was falling apart. looks like it was done by an amateur builder. |

Helpful with allowing us leave luggage early and later in day to fit around train travel. It was hard to contact owners when we had a problem with the shower at night. |

Breakfast and wall mounted Telly and friendliness and quietness of the rooms when I shut my window Not the Hotel, Just in General People In Penzance drive far too fast through the town past the station particuliarly. A 20 mph speedlimit should be Introduced as It is difficult to cross the road near guest house and even near pedestrian crossings. Its the only slight dampner about Penzance, needs reviewing |

Friendly staff. Shabby and poorly furnished with plastic bins for bedding and roll away that we didn't need. Not clean, wallpaper peeling and substandard materials used to retrofit. Uncomfortable bed. I expected much better. |
