All staff were very helpful Location to Silverstone.

Room 105. Bath panel hanging off. Toilet stained, obviously not had any bleach or scrubbing for ages. Moulding missing on sink panel. Tables in dining bar wiped but not clean. After unsticking my arms from table I cleaned it myself with wine chiller cloth.( All other tables in bar the same. I checked) Wine came in a plastic chiller made for a motorway service area. The water also came in a plastic jug that I would not fill my dogs bowl with. The food in the bar was acceptable. Breakfast was served in a windowless dungeon (This on a beautiful summers day!) Self service food but poor quality. No air con in room just a large free standing fan which stirred the air but kept us awake. Now the worst bit! My wife had a bath, and on getting out of the bath onto the mat provided, slipped full length onto the floor, badly bruising her arm and hip on adjacent toilet pottery. The floor tiles have no anti-slip surface. How they get away with that in 2014 is beyond me. This room is obviously one that is reserved for clients booking via the internet. Next time I will book Premier Inn, Travel Lodge,or similar and get better standards and better value. It goes without saying that we checked out next day curtailing our stay. Very Poor

    Next to Silverstone circuit

We were put in a double room for single occupancy, as we only had one set of towels. The room was small & very hot with only a fan for comfort! My girlfriend was poorly through the night as there appears to have been gluten in one of the dishes, even though we gave the hotel plenty of notice.

Beautiful countryside, looked great from outside.

Rude manager on reception the night i checked in. My Bathroom sink had what I can describe as a raw sewage smell coming up through the plug hole. Cracked bathroom sink and towels were well worn.

    Quick check in and out.

My allocated room was on the 1st floor directly above the bar area which was very noisy until around 11:45pm Just outside the window below my room was area designated for Smokers who added to the noise issue. No thought for others!

Breakfast facilities were ghastly Might have been in army barracks quite revolting food in the most awful dark inside room with no views heavy drapes whilst the sun shone outside we were told we couldn't eat at the tables outside Also they wanted £3.95 for a cup of Cappuccino at breakfast - otherwise you are served ghastly tea or 'coffee' from a communal pot quite appalling

Everyone wondering around with dressing gowns. The bar lacked any ambience. Designed for corporate functions not relaxing spa weekend.

Food, restaurant staff. Convenience to Silverstone

Ridiculous, winding, long treck to the room - what a joke. Bedrooms are tired and need refub. Beds are too small - who has double beds in a hotel any more? Stuck in the 80's

The very friendly staff especialy the waiting staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for them. food was lovely. The Spa was very nice and clean. plenty of dry towels if you needed them.

A shame you were never offered a complimentary drink, tea, coffee or soft drink would have been nice after a long journey, stuck in traffic. Also would have been nice to have been shown around the Spa as did say we had never been before.

    Nice pool area

Rooms are so dated, for £250 per night I don't expect old dirty carpets in the room and mouldy outdated bathrooms!!

The staff were excellent,we appreciated the gesture they did in recognising my wife's special day.

The rooms felt a little 'basic' for such a salubrious venue ,and the prices paid, and the bar prices were exhorbitant!

Room was very basic for the price. No tea or coffee making facilities or room bar. Only 2 towels, one large and one small although room clearly booked for 2 person occupancy. Too hot in room.

Loved the spa area and pool.

Rooms were uncomfortably hot and stuffy - kids not allowed in the spa or in the pool.

A warm welcome and a free room upgrade was nice. Very clean. It's very close to Silverstone circuit, which was perfect for us.

The building is so large... it was a very long walk to get to breakfast and dinner! I think they had closed the regular restaurant for some reason, so we were eating in a room designated for events.
