Price of drinks

Location perfect for proximity to Silverstone track. Country park environment.

Poor level of service. Lack of personal attention. Spa overcrowded. Overnight noise and disruption (our stay unfortunately coincided with a show and a tribute band). Drunken behaviour in the bedroom corridors. Overall a very disappointing stay. .

The Swimming Pool. The Food. The Service.

Very hard bed. Very cold bathroom. £195 per night but the Spa was not included. Very noisy guests from 1100 to 0430. No evening entertainment.

Great service. Too late for breakfast which was no trouble for the staff as it was brought to the room no problem. The Diana letters are very special.

The rooms are looking a bit dated and the mini bar was empty.

Location to Silverstone for my business conference.

Hotel was very tired looking and is in need of a huge makeover. Staff were also just average

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable and the food was excellent. Our only critism was the fact that there was no covered area to sit and have waiter service the surrounding grounds to the hotel within its perimeter were poor

Friendliness of staff and general ambience of the hotel.

Room location, near to venting stack withcontinual loud humming noise that was irritating and could be heard through the double glazing.

The shower pressure was rather poor

The beautiful presentation of the whole of Whittlebury Hall. My package said the room was "standard".... The room size, decor, furnishings and especially the bathroom way surpassed expectations. The Spa area had a very relaxed atmosphere.

It was a little confusing undewrstanding what was in the package at first...oh, and it was raining as ever!

Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Free wi-fi. Excellent leisure facilities in gym and pool. Superb treatments in spa. Very pleasurable stay. Brilliant breakfast!!

Resturant very large, (200+) so not a great location for an intinmate meal

Whittlebury Hall is a relaxing place for a getaway for a couple of days.

The only thing I did not like is value for money. I have visited Whittlebury Hall for a few years now. Initially they always had good deals, which made the visit worth it. They should really look into the offers that they did have in place, and reintroduce them.

The bar

Smelly room. Smelly bathroom. Asked to be moved. 2nd room was no better. Poor leek of finish to bedrooms. Broken glass table In room. Small tv. No mini bar. Not even a bottle of water. Bathroom was rotting around bathtub. Roof tiles moldy. Overall very dry bad. For a very high price.

huge hotel, not ideal for a little romantic get away. But perfect for a big reunion.
