Biscuit on carpet near bed. Lady rather abrupt.
The bar closed early on Sunday and Monday evenings because the hotel was quite quiet. This was only a minor inconvenience to us and totally understandable. I only mention it because it could have been a bit of a disappointment if we'd wanted to stay in the bar until 11pm or so.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was very nice and breakfast was truly excellent. We had a really great time on our short break and would definitely stay there again
