Die Nähe zum Zentrum bzw. zur Oxfordstreet, die ideal zum Einkaufen ist, und die Freundlichkeit der HotelmitarbeiterInnen haben mir gut gefallen. Außerdem gefiel mir die Einrichtung des Zimmers. Das Frühstücksangebot ist insgesamt eher einfach, es gibt z.B. kein Obst, und der Kaffee ist auch nicht zu empfehlen. |

Ausblick aus dem 4. Stockwerk ueber London Kein Lift, das historisches Hotel - diese Angabe muss ich ueberlesen haben. Ausserdem ist eine Preisdifferenz zwischen booking.com Preis und Hotel website Preis und man fuehlt sich dadurch benachteiligt. |

Proximity to Oxford Street The hotel was in very poor condition and renovation works were taking place whilst we stayed. The room was shabby - furnishings poor. Very noisey from road traffic and generally should not be classified as a hotel. |

the staffwas friendly and helpfull . the breakfast was very good . the location of the hotel was very positive as it is so centric . no lift made it hard with the luggage , especially if you are on the fourth floor . |

the exchange rate i was charged was daylight robbery, why was my credit card not charged in the currency i booked the room? i will never stay there again because of this, also the breakfast was very poor and fell well short of "full english" |

Its location is very convenient and it was quiet. A bit smelly but not that bad. Needs better ventilation in the lobby and entrance area. The room smelled OK though. |

Hotel is small and the staff friendly. Central and a short walk from Oxford Street. It is also within easy reach of 3 tube stations. It is somewhat noisy, has no lift and needs some maintenance. |

Great location and value for money. All the staff were very pleasant. Room was clean. The room had a few areas which need attention. For example there was an old damp patch on the ceiling, corners of the wallpaper were coming off the wall, the old sash window had been patched. Just a bit tired. |

location was good for access to all the West End attractions.Staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Decoration was very dated and floorboards and beds creaked loudly ! Roadside rooms were extremely noisy all night. |

Helpful Reception (first impressions important). Fortunate in having quiet room at the back of house, away from the traffic. Having separate dining room. Basic but sufficient for needs, good beds and bathroom. Very central and handy for tube/buses. Nothing flashy but perfectly adequate for short stay. |

Estuvimos un día. Lo mejor es la ubicación. El desayuno pobre y el personal del desayuno seco y poco servicial. La recepción cordial y correcto. Los colchones algo viejos, pero nos reimos un rato con ello. |
