the staff was very helpful and nice the breakfast was only with the basics, the rooms could use some furniture renewal and the windows didn't close properly so the noise from outside could be disturbing |

We had a family room, and it was very spacious. The hotel has no elevator, keep that in mind if you are travelling with lots of luggage. We would stay there again. |

+Very friendly staff +at least in my rate lodging, breakfast and wireless access were included which I found very positive - There was no aircondition in my room which to me is not a problem but may not necessarily be the same for everyone - When I was paying with my credit card, it showed a euro amount in addition to sterling amount. I was told by receptionist that the euro amount was for information only. Euro amount seems to be the transaction amount though so I bought unknowingly an expensive exchange transaction |

We had a family room, one double and two singles, although the room was a good size, there was only one relaxing chair for four people !! English breakfast included was a bonus, since most hotels in London have this as an extra. Overall the room was comfortable, bathroom was a little small but adequate. The worst feature is no lift, we were on the third floor, so getting luggage up there was a real struggle, anyone with a problem getting upstairs could not possibly stay here. |

close to attractions and trains/buses The breakfast was very poor, the dining room was small and cramped food was scarce and staff seemed to rush us. We went down to breakfast each morning at 8.10 and were back in our room at 8.25! |

The size of the room and the fact that it had a fridge. Cable TV (but see below) TV not set up properly - choice of only 2 terrestrial stations. Rather scruffy - needs decorating throughout. |
