Läget, nära busshållplats ca 50m. Tunnelbana och Oxford Street kort promenad ca 500m. Trevlig personal. Rymligt rum. Enkelt men rent. Inget att klaga på. |

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge nära Oxford Street, frukosten var helt ok och rummen var stora och rena.. Hotellet skulle behöva en uppfräschning och personalen var väldigt "neutrala", skulle kunna vara mer vänliga. |

Bra fyrbäddsrum, bestod egentligen av 2 rum, en liten hall och ett litet badrum. Enkel, men acceptabel, engelsk frukost. Slitet badrum. |

the staffwas friendly and helpfull . the breakfast was very good . the location of the hotel was very positive as it is so centric . no lift made it hard with the luggage , especially if you are on the fourth floor . |

the exchange rate i was charged was daylight robbery, why was my credit card not charged in the currency i booked the room? i will never stay there again because of this, also the breakfast was very poor and fell well short of "full english" |

Its location is very convenient and it was quiet. A bit smelly but not that bad. Needs better ventilation in the lobby and entrance area. The room smelled OK though. |

Hotel is small and the staff friendly. Central and a short walk from Oxford Street. It is also within easy reach of 3 tube stations. It is somewhat noisy, has no lift and needs some maintenance. |

Great location and value for money. All the staff were very pleasant. Room was clean. The room had a few areas which need attention. For example there was an old damp patch on the ceiling, corners of the wallpaper were coming off the wall, the old sash window had been patched. Just a bit tired. |

location was good for access to all the West End attractions.Staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Decoration was very dated and floorboards and beds creaked loudly ! Roadside rooms were extremely noisy all night. |

Helpful Reception (first impressions important). Fortunate in having quiet room at the back of house, away from the traffic. Having separate dining room. Basic but sufficient for needs, good beds and bathroom. Very central and handy for tube/buses. Nothing flashy but perfectly adequate for short stay. |
