Room was fabulous. But no hot water to avail of the jacuzzi bath on Saturday night! Appreciate that there were other guests, but hotel did have a party which included 100 Irish people for a 100th birthday. Irish rugby team also played in Cardiff for Grand Slam 6 Nations. No TV in lounge or Pavillion Suite for attendees to view the game. Bear in mind that most of attendees were very mature descendants of the birthday girl so we were not going to wreck the place!! |

Staff attentive and pleasant. Helped whenever they could and were very flexible. Good quality breakfast in very acceptable surroundings. Recent refurbishment very apparent with good eye for detail. Booked into double room for single use even thouh I had booked a single. Internet access non-existant despite several attempts. Bed a bit hard. |
