Everyone at the hotel couldn't do enough. Despite hosting two Christmas parties during our stay, all the staff remained pleasant, calm had a smile. They even put a complimentary pot of soup and rolls on for guests during the snow. Breakfast was excellent and included a glass of Bucks Fizz on entry. The secure parking was great although the hotel does have free parking at the front. My advice, take a cab or the Magic Bus (£1.10) into City Centre. There is a Wetherspoon Pub virtually next door to Hotel which is £1.50 a pint. Fantastic stay, great experience. Price of drinks in hotel was expensive. |

Secure parking, easy access to city, cosy atmosphere, helpful staff. hairdryer on wall only worked for 1 minute then automatically switched off. Took 10 minutes before it would work again. A hairdryer in drawer would be more efficient! |

Excellent value for money and very helpful friendly staff who facilitated us greatly when one of our party was ill. Very convenient and delivered everything it promised. Will defo use again. Lot of quite stairs to some of the bedrooms. We had to juggle rooms a bit as we had an elderly person in our group of seven |

The staff were very friendly. It is very geared up for single travellers, particularly in the dining room. It is a safe environment for single women. My room leaked over night and a lot of my personal things on the dressing table got wet, including my mobile phone. When I informed reception, all I got was 'I'll report it', not even an apology. |

The location (our main reason for choosing the hotel) is excellent, easily accessible by bus from the airport. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good. Our room was located to the rear of the hotel so it was nice and quiet and not too hot as it was possible to open the windows fully. The room was too small - nowhere to put the cushions, bedcover and teddy bear (!) once removed from the bed!!. The bar was not always manned and (shock, horror!) the white wine was not chilled! |

This was a reasonably priced hotel (compared to city hotel prices) just outside the very accessible city centre and near to the Trafford Shopping Centre, also very close to the university where my daughter is studying. The secure parking was very good and worth the very small charge. Nice staff, good food and friendly atmousphere. The only thing I would say, having paid extra to upgrade to an executive room, is that I was very surprised at how small it was and wonder what the standard room would have been like, also the bathroom was a little tired. |
