No reception, when we went there no staff at the place,we had to phone 2 or 3 numbers to contact the owner. He had gone for a party.keys were under a shelf. Gave instructions over the phone to find keys.we never expected this situation.had an unsucured feeling. Then we found no hot water in the bathroom. I had to phone again 2 or 3 numbers all numbers switch off, only one number was working that was 0800 number, calls to 0800 numbers from my mobile is very expensive.after 1 hour owner came tried to repire it but failed, by the time the rectified the error it was 2.00 am. My children mother wife and my self had to go to the bed with out shower. It was discusting night.bed linen very dirty. Brekfast was useless.service not upto the standards at all. Pls do not market this type of rubbish places in your web site. I will report and complain to the local authority. Nothing at all, I hate that place.local authority must make arrangements to close down this type of places.

Excellent location, good sized room, with good facilities for the price, given the proximity to London. Very good service, even though we arrived very early, we were given access to our room. Good breakfast, freshly cooked and quickly served.

close to airport Terrible noise through the night as hot night and windows had to be open. Pillows were so thin - even two were not sufficient. Full breakfast was not offered as we left at 7am. No staff were present in whole stay. Security of guest house was poor - any dodgy previous guest could break in by picking up keys that were "hidden" in really poor place. Having said that cheap for Greater London.

Staff was helpful. We arrived late afternoon and no one was there to let us in. The sign posted on the entrance said to call a phone number. Since we traveled from the U.S. we did not have a cell phone to call them. Lucky for us another guest was trying to check in also and she phoned for us. A key was hidden outside for us to get in so there was no waiting for them to arrive to check us in.

Unfriendly staff an and facilities are just basic. Parking space allocated to hotel guest has space for only 4 cars. However, there are off street parking near by. YOu can better hotels for the same rate. You have to pay £2.50 for paying with debt card. The hotel about 20-30 walk to the nearest train station and about 3-45 minutes drive or by train to central London.

The owner was friendly and beds were comfortable. The owner was not there on arrival but keys were left outside in a not very secure place. Bedding and towels were a little old and worn. Fresh white bedding and towels would have made all the difference.

Our room slept 5, the beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, we are a family of 6, so it isn't easy to find a hotel that we only need to book one room, breakfast was included. The wifi was very slow, carpets could use a cleaning.

The owners were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, next to a park, shops, takeaways (handy) and is close to the city (20 min drive) and motorways, tube and Heathrow airport. The hotel is a nice, well-kept building and the interior did not disappoint! I was surprised at the modern decor and the lovely home- comfort touches; they were noted and appreciated. Nothing has been over- looked; the carpets are lush! Free wi-fi was handy and the english breakfast was basic but sufficient. Can't fault this place...such good value for money!

Wifi, TV, Kettle and bathroom - all you need really A bit noisy with people not really respecting the fact that others had to get up early. Thin walls.
