We go to quite a few B&Bs and Willow house definitely ticks all the boxes. Welcoming hosts, beautiful and comfortable accommodation, lovely breakfast, ample parking and within easy walking distance of the town. We would definitely stay again and certainly recommend it to friends.

With the window open a degree of traffic noise, but everything else more than compensates.

Quality of the property and facilities is outstanding. Food is fantastic and the owners are very friendly and very helpful! Location is perfect for the town centre, just a few minutes walk away. On site parking is also a major plus point . All in all a great place to stay!

Excellent service and breakfast in a house that was well appointed with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

We only have one suggestion and that is for the summer some lighter weight duvets would be very welcome. The heavy weight ones on the beds were far too hot for the summer.

Very friendly owners (Liz & Adrian), pot of coffee and a homemade muffin in the conservatory on arrival. Room (Iden) was very comfortable and had all the little extras you could need. Although it was at the front facing a busy road (as busy as Rye gets I guess) earplugs were supplied which I use anyway at night so no problems. Lovely shower and comfy bed. My room was beautifully serviced every day even though I never made it out much before lunchtime! I didn't make it down to breakfast at all but Liz supplied me with plenty of coffee for the room. Willow Tree is a charmingly renovated property, low beams and sloping floors included! Nice garden out the back and plenty of parking. About an 8 - 10 min slow walk from the train station.

Window was a little difficult to work and the walls are paper thin but minor quibbles and what you'd expect from a period property. Otherwise I had a lovely stay.

10 minutes walk from town centre meant we didn't have to take the car into the very narrow streets of Rye, where parking was limited anyway. Rye is a good base to visit a number of attractions and a beautiful town in its own right. A good selection of restaurants, the Ambrette being exceptionally good.

Front facing bedroom was a little noisy from passing traffic but is the only negative point I can make. It didn't spoil the stay there.

Very goog facilities and comfortable room. We were able to relax and unwind very quickly.

As the room was in the roof space there was only a small window and it was very warm and airless due to the temperature outside. We were fine with it and there was a portable AC unit which helped a little

Within walking distance of Rye town centre. The breakfast was substantial and set us up for the day.

The Superior room overlooked the main road and was tgherefore noisy when the window was opened for fresh air, albeit that we were supplied with earplugs. The mirror in the shower room needs better lighting in order to apply make-up as the current sownlight casts shadow.

FANTASTIC, BEST B&B I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, BETTER THAN MOST 5 STAR HOTELS! Recommended for business, tourist or romance - great period features with no compromise on quality furnishings, excellent breakfast accommodating my early start, good parking, good area, and above all a very warm welcome from the hosts - this is a 10/10, visit, you will be very happy no matter how high your standards!
