Wonderful and welcoming in a lovely quaint b&b. Clean, comfortable and nothing was too much for the owners Liz and Adrian. We were upgraded to the Fairlight room which had a four poster bed. I asked Adrian whether he could arrange for some champagne as it was my partners birthday and it was in the room on out arrival. Breakfast was fabulous and was plenty to keep us going the whole day. We would most definately go back.

Price (but worth it)!
The friendliness of the staff was great and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is retain the atmosphere of a old building beautifully modified to suit the hotel. It is cosy and warm with a light conservatory.
The location is next to the roadway. Although not very busy or noisy it is not part of the picturesque part of the town,
A fantastic property in a close location to Rye with free car parking. Lovely hosts and a very good English breakfast.
Beautiful room, luxury toiletries and full sized hair dryer and even straightener!!
Room was alittle warm.
The added extras make this place really special, wish we could have stayed another night.
We had the bodium room. Very spacious with everything you would need taken cared of. You even had a bottles of water on the drinks tray. Lovely breakfast with a good choice. Short walk to town centre.
Room wasn't that warm and tried to put the radiator on but I think it was on but didn't warm up. The water in the shower was cold as well. Tried of a night and in the morning. Managed to get it running a little warmer in the morning but then would go cold after a short while. The building was old and the floors in the room sloped so you were either running down to the bathroom or waking up to the bed..Very strange. We tried to open the window for some air but it would stay open so had to jam it open with my hair brush. That of course meant that we also had the noise from the road immediately in front of the house.kept me awake. Breakfast was only an hour at between 8.30 and 9.30. No lie in for us..
Location near to Rye town centre Excellent hosts, wonderful breakfast and beautiful house.
Road noise for me as light sleeper but not for OH!

Delightful, up-market B&B. Friendly and helpful staff. Home comforts and an outstanding English breakfast. We will be back.

Very gracious hosts
Very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
Slightly away from central parts of Rye
Leisurely breakfast with good quality locally sourced food. Comfortable bed in good-sized room. Despite being on a main road, road noise didn't disturb us. Very attentive hosts who were interested in our daily excursions and offered local insight and information.
Shower didn't have much height and was a bit underpowered at times.
Really professional set up, with great attention to detail in all aspects of the accommodation; even with little toothpaste tube in complementary toiletries. The proprietors are a good natured, professional couple who know what they are doing and who deliver excellent service with a genuinely friendly manner. Very relaxing set up and just a few yards from the town centre with safe off road parking. Great breakfast too!
Friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the town.
Very nice room, very helpful host, good location to explore Rye.Good secure parking.
We go to quite a few B&Bs and Willow house definitely ticks all the boxes. Welcoming hosts, beautiful and comfortable accommodation, lovely breakfast, ample parking and within easy walking distance of the town. We would definitely stay again and certainly recommend it to friends.
With the window open a degree of traffic noise, but everything else more than compensates.
