Excellent Hotel with a large car park, a bonus in Largs. The staff were exceptionally helpful and our breakfast was tailored to taste. Room was spacious with all that is needed for an excellent stay in Largs.

No fuss and traditional service.

Excellent rooms and friendly staff

The hotel was quiet but the lady on the recption desk who also served our meals was efficient and pleasant to deal with. The bed in our room was especially comfortable

The personal service that the staff make you feel realy welcome, some of them have been at the hotel for several years All staff are local so can offer local knowlage of the area which is becoming a lost tradition of the hotel industry

Tea bags that were on offer, I purchased my own and had hot water at breakfast

We chose the Willowbank Hotel as they welcomed dogs, the other hotels in the area that we contacted either didn't allow them or questioned me about the size and behaviour of the dog ! The Willowbank just said yes.

my wife & i had a very relaxing stay at willobank & all the staff were very nice and helpful the menu is good and well priced the walk from hotel is not far to largs and we would go back again& would recommend the willobank well worth a stay.

The staff at all levels were superb and attentive.

The diining room was dark, with little natuaral light.

The Hotel was comfortable and friendly. The staff were very attentive and customner orientated and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were fantastic - friendly, even when v busy and efficient.

Car parking

When we arrived the reception had no record of our booking-but there were 2 rooms available, the manager then came out and told the reception he had forgot to record it . we booked in january. tha table de hote menu we chose from -me the sirloin steak was sent back asked for medium rare- it was well done. 10th aug ok 11th Bed not made properly sheet tucked in 15" from foot of bed. Tea pot still got remains of morning tea and bags in pot. 12 th Shower cold 13th Shower cool, duty manager told, she checked it and agreed it was not right. This list of faults was given to the manager on check out. he made the usual excuses and just knocked off the price of the meal for us. this is not a place we will ever recommend to anyone. it seems it has a repitation in this area , we visited my brother in millport and when we mentioned we did not think much of the hotel they were not supprised- it is known.

Staff very friendly and made us welcome rooms good also all meals bar prices good would return again and reccomend to friends for a place to stay

It was very close to the town,and the walk from the hotel along the promenade to the town was lovely

We had no complaints about the hotel or the staff.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable and the location in the town (Largs) suited me well.

I thought it was on the 'pricey' side.
