Enjoyed the whole experience.
very dirty entrance, small room, I asked for a receipt for the payment about 1 month ago and still haven't received it.
Some folks complain that it was difficult to get in contact with the staff. We can't say that. I checked my mailbox before travelling to the lodge and found a mail with instructions and phone numbers. We had no difficulties to get in contact with Karen or Nad, who finally gave us a warm welcome in London's rain in front of the house.
We just missed some small bowls for our Muesli in the morning...

The staircase leading to the apartment was strewn with mail and the carpeting needs to be cleaned. The host was late in arriving so we waited outside with our luggage (fortunately there was no rain). The bathroom was clean, but there was no soap and very little toilet paper. A full length mirror would be helpful. While the bed was comfortable the sheet was too small for the mattress and didn't stay on.
Location for Wimbledon very good. Very clean and well presented.
Nobody there to let us in on arrival.They had emailed us to ask us to text them when we were half an hour away however the email arrived after we had left on our 4 hour journey to London and we don't have email on the mobile. Parking instructions were a bit vague and despite a permit we got a parking ticket.
Karen was very accommodating and the service was excellent. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Thanks very much and I would definitely re commend this place.
1.The Southfields tube station is just at your doorstep , so it is easy to get any where. Grocery shops are also right there. 2. The Manager, Karen is very cooperative and helpful. Makes you feel you are in your own home. 3. The kitchen is quite equipped.
The appartement was over booked when we arrived. The alternative was very dirty, far from the metro and oncomfortabel. The owner wouldn't give any compansation and didn't reply to our messages. Bad service for the money!
Karen, the manager was very helpful at arranging to meet to collect keys and explanation of facilities and location. Well equipped, modern and clean. Short walk from tube station, good pub and conveniences. Will definitely use again if need arises.
Some complimentary tea and coffee would have been useful and I would have put an excellent score in facilities if there had of been.
I liked it was near to the tube; it is well located. The owners responded positively to our demands.
The flat was not clean, there were three towels instead of four, the quality of the beds are poor, there was not a way to prepare coffee (we asked for it), the kitchen has not the basic materials, there were not adaptor/plugs (we ask for them); the wireless key pasword did not correspond to what is marked in the information leaf.

The location was good. 25 minutes on the District Line into the city centre. Tube station, shops and restaurants literally 3 minute walk from apartment. The apartment was recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and has overall a very tidy and nice feel about it. The double bed is large and comfortable. The lady to greet us on arrival was very friendly. We had no issues throughout our stay and the dealings with management via email prior to our arrival were very efficient. Thank you!
In line with other people's comments we also noted that the staircase leading up to apartment was very dirty. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen cupboards were not very clean. Also, tenants have to be aware that there are no tea towels provided to dry the dishes, or any other cloths for that matter. We only got one towel each. As we only stayed for 3 nights we didn't cook much. However, if we had stayed for a longer period, I would have like some decent pots and pans. The crockery and other dishes are very limited.
Location cannot be beaten. Two minute walk from Southfields tube and close to shops and restaurants. Pleasant quiet street. Big kitchen with appliances. Good bathroom. Spacious for two - a bit cramped for four. WIth children fine but 4 adults would struggle with the space. Good communication with owner.
Generally clean but nooks and crannies a bit grimy. Simple things like having accessible mirror would help. Virtually impossible to do hair make up without crawling on furniture. Says free parking but that means you just take your chance if there is some on street space around the corner.
