Breakfast ok Only 2 people staying. Arrive at 9pm an all locked up. Asked where I could get some food an staff didn't know. Room a bit grotty. Staff didn't know what time breakfast was being served

Lovely gardens surrounding the hotel. Quiet location well set back from road. Friendly staff, good facilities and very comfortable. Did not find a hairdryer in the room.

The staff were very good, The breakfast was very good and evening meal that we had were excellent. Bathroom in room 9 could do with a refurbishment around the flooring and tiles

Occasionally, I need an alternative to my usual Manchester city-centre stay when all the hotels are booked out for a major event. This was a hotel I had previously passed on my travels and noted for future reference so, when the occasion arose, I tried it and found it most rleaxing and comfortable. It is a little remote, if arriving by public transport, but one I would like to sample again.

Affordability, inclusion of breakfast - I always need breakfast. for the question below, I have not checked any reviews - I like to try a place out unbiased. I did not ask about internet wi-fi, but I did not pick up a signal. If there is no wi-fi availability (as opposed to my laptop having a bad day), then I would rate this as something where I had arrived earlier as a "negative"

Me apreció un poco tristón. Se ve que su actividad más importante es la organización de recepciones de boda. Yo estuve sola en el hotel junto con uno o dos huéspedes más. Muy típicamente británico todo, un hotel en el campo sencillo, digno y de precio económico. Un poco tristón, le falta movimiento.
