Nothing it was no way a 3* hotel. The room was very dated and shabby, bathroom was not clean and the shower very mouldy looking, the shower floor moved when you stood in it! The bed was small and the beding was horrid, the quilt cover was not clean. There were only two pillows although we did ask for more. The free! WiFi did not work in our room unless you moved about and then the signal lasted about 2 mins. They were decorating and the smell of paint was very strong and we were not notified before hand to enquire if we still wanted to stay there. Breakfast was very basic no choice only cereal or full English! There was no menu, no asking what you would like on this breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was £20 a night. |

loud music till 2 am (shook the bed) then woken by shift workers at 5.30am. Bed not clean. Very poor food at breakfast. We left at 8am after one night with little sleep. Very disappointed and thoroughly fed up. |

Room not clean enough, locals shouting and swearing when they are leaving the hotel disco at 2am. Breakfast basic ie orange juice take it or leave it and service. |

On arrival the staff was very helpful, room and service were excellent. Evening meal and breakfast was good and quick. It was an ideal place to stay for my track day at Cadwell Park. |

The decor is looking a little tired, but the room was clean and servicable. The welcome we received and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for for any shortcomings. The menu was restricted due to being out of season but the food was delicious. |

The hotel staff were excellent,very accomodating,nothing was too much trouble,even a late check-in and food requested way outside their normal hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful,a very enjoyable stay. |

only stayed one night,but have stayed before. Hotel and the bar area are not too close so if you prefer just to sit in a quiet area it is possible, nice breakfast |
