We didnt. It waas a nightmare from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were given a room with a jaquzi thar didnt work! We notified the manager who stated it woul be fixed for our second night!! Guess what it was'nt ! And they looked up and said well you didnt book it so you didnt pay for it and you could use it as a bath. When we arrived it raised our hopes that we had a jaquzi so you must understand our disappoint, and to find out they didnt care it made it worse.Breakfast was bad overcooked, eggs were like rubber. Also the thing I could not undersatnd was when ever we were at the reception area the staff were hanging around watching tv with the owner this was not good. The customer sevrices we felt was lacking terribly, would you like me to continue,?

Staff very attentive and welcoming. Room comfortable although some trapped air noise from radiator during the night. Evening menu good value for money and breakfast had a good choice available and guests at adjacent table were able to get items not listed( they asked for cheese on toast which was readily provided). Would return if again in the area.( we only stayed one night prior to a family funeral). At the money, nothing serious although we did note that the property does not have use of a lift.

The staff were extremely polite, attentive and helpful. Our dog was also welcomed and not just tolerated. The hotel was ideally located for all of our needs, especially access to exercise areas for the dog.

Hotel exrterior lighting v poor which made it difficult to find the entrance! Carvary looked excellent value but was rubbish.Cold vegs, gravy but the meat was excellent-would sack the chef for not paying attention to his craft.Breakgfast was a joke with no choice, had to ask for side plates.tea and toast (never received) The meal again was cold looks as if the contents (plenty of quantity but mostly inedible due to being cold) no sign of marmalade or such. This place could do wityh a change of ownership and management and it might be fit for purpose. What a shame,. I have never had to write like this before.

Bedroom was good sizes with massive en-suite Very disorganised for breakfast. Fruit juice jugs were empty, no glasses, no toast served with the coffee. Apparently one of the kitchen staff didn't turn up...

Staff were excellent and helpfull. Room shaby and well worn, much in need of a face lift. Windows draughty, and heater in bathroom did not work. We booked a double room and were given a twin.

After booking our stay at Windsor, we were a little worried about some of the reviews we read. We decided to keep the booking as it was only for 1 night and it was the cheapest we could find in Nairn. I am so glad we did. It is a beautiful Hotel, with the main focus for us, on the massive whirlpool jaccuzi bath! The breakfast was also wonderful, the bacon in particular was the best i've ever tasted. Would definitely return to the hotel on my next trip to Nairn.

The hotel was in a fantastic location in Nairn, near shops, station bus routes and beach. The staff were really friendly and approachable. The breakfast had a wide choice of menu and was set out very well at the self service area. The rooms were comfy and cosy and there was minimal noise during the night. Our stay at the hotel felt safe and secure and there was a good feeling of staff presence at all times. The reason for my trip was to view a bench on the seafront which I had bought in memory of Mum and Dad who like me, loved Nairn. I still do and will return to the Windsor for my Christimas 4 night break

“All staff that we met were lovely. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast were both fantastic and such a pleasant little room. Our bedroom was also to die for, huge windows overlooking the bandstand and beach. My boyfriend and I decided that we are going to return on that weekend every year (:” Lauren, Edinburgh |
