We didnt. It waas a nightmare from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were given a room with a jaquzi thar didnt work! We notified the manager who stated it woul be fixed for our second night!! Guess what it was'nt ! And they looked up and said well you didnt book it so you didnt pay for it and you could use it as a bath. When we arrived it raised our hopes that we had a jaquzi so you must understand our disappoint, and to find out they didnt care it made it worse.Breakfast was bad overcooked, eggs were like rubber. Also the thing I could not undersatnd was when ever we were at the reception area the staff were hanging around watching tv with the owner this was not good. The customer sevrices we felt was lacking terribly, would you like me to continue,?

After booking our stay at Windsor, we were a little worried about some of the reviews we read. We decided to keep the booking as it was only for 1 night and it was the cheapest we could find in Nairn. I am so glad we did. It is a beautiful Hotel, with the main focus for us, on the massive whirlpool jaccuzi bath! The breakfast was also wonderful, the bacon in particular was the best i've ever tasted. Would definitely return to the hotel on my next trip to Nairn.

The room was reasonable and the bathroom nice. The receptionist on our arrival, albeit rather late (about 9.30pm) was surly and unhelpful. The lift didn't work. The breakfast was poor. My coffee never arrived which might be just as well as I was told that it was not worth drinking.

Staff were excellent and helpfull. Room shaby and well worn, much in need of a face lift. Windows draughty, and heater in bathroom did not work. We booked a double room and were given a twin.

The hotel was in a fantastic location in Nairn, near shops, station bus routes and beach. The staff were really friendly and approachable. The breakfast had a wide choice of menu and was set out very well at the self service area. The rooms were comfy and cosy and there was minimal noise during the night. Our stay at the hotel felt safe and secure and there was a good feeling of staff presence at all times. The reason for my trip was to view a bench on the seafront which I had bought in memory of Mum and Dad who like me, loved Nairn. I still do and will return to the Windsor for my Christimas 4 night break

After an upset with our room I.E. a buzzing noise (which we were unable to trace) woke us up at 6.00am we were given another room which was absolutely beautiful. The difference between the two rooms was like "chalk and cheese". We were very happy in the new room and really enjoyed our second day and night in the hotel. The lady on reception during our stay was most helpful. We also ate in the hotel both evenings and found the food and staff very good. On arrival we were allocated a room which was a bit old fashioned and outdated (once we had seen the other room we were allocated). Also the breakfast on the Sunday morning was atrocious. The waitress came and took our order but came back two minutes later and the food was not appetising at all. It had obviously been kept hot in the kitchen and then served but definitely not freshly cooked. I wonder if booking.com are only allocated certain rooms because there was a definite difference between the rooms.

Was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly enough. Would have been disappointed to pay full price of £150. But was adequate for purpose. Some decor poor and carpets dirty, shower cubicle unhygeinic looking.

Thought it was very friendly and helpful. The situation of the hotel was ideal for visiting Inverness, seaside and all other spectacular venues around, Fort George, Cawdor Castle, etc etc, so many to itemise. The breakfast was ideal and we were very promptly looked after and the service was excellent.

Good location. Staff were all very helpful. Reasonable price for the room. The decor and facilities are all getting 'tired' - the shower needed maintenance and the plumbing was somewhat suspect! (room 212)

Friendly staff, large clean well set out room. Good breakfast. Evening meal let hotel down - several main meals overcooked. Two medium fillet steaks ordered - one was well done and one was overdone, 2 chichen balmorals were overdone with ends being dry and almost crispy. Breakfast was nice Would recommend for B&B but not eating in.
