Everything, we were greeted outside by very friendly staff who showed us to our room (carrying some of our bags) and got us drinks from the bar. The hotel was immaculate, everything was so clean and tidy. The breakfasts were gorgeous with plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond their duties to ensure we were happy. We will most definitely be staying there again, this hotel is highly recommended.
We had a very warm welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and the breakfast is lovely.
The room decor is a little tatty and could do with updating.
Danny and his colleagues were very friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed, including advice about local amenities. Breakfasts were absolutely excellent. Room had a good supply of tea, coffee etc.
Staff went over and above expectations. Very helpful
Lovely friendly hosts nothing too much trouble, our room was on the top floor, very clean, nicely furnished and comfy bed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, will defintely return and hopefully stay for longer next time, thank you!
Cannot find fault!
Friendly staff. Very clean and bright room.
Poor breakfast. A bit too far from the centre. A good room but over priced.
Nice bright and modern hotel and room. All staff very helpful. Very good breakfast to start your day.
Made to feel welcome.Couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast not greasey and plenty of it. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
Nothing to dislike about it.
Very friendly staff - fall over backwards to help you and provide information
Room was a little small however immaculately clean andhad everything we needed
Danny, John and the rest of the staff were fabulous. Made us feel special and gave us lots of tips to get the most out of our stay. The hotel is spotless and I would stay again.
The power of the shower was nil and it is 2.5 miles away from the town but trams run frequently
The staff are very helpful . Nothing was too much trouble
I booked this hotel for me and my young son and it was excellent. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were of a very high standard and provided everything that could of been expected. The breakfast was first class and cooked to perfection with a great variety and choice. It set us up for the whole day. This hotel was excellent value for money and i am definitely booking for next year, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Blackpool. The location was perfect with a tram stop just across the road. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Danny, John and Colin were the perfect hosts.
Nothing to dislike.
Very clean, fresh room with good tea making facilities. Friendly accommodating staff, excellent Breakfast choice. Lovely bar area, and front conservatory. Tram stop just across the road from hotel.
Mattress too soft ,personal choice .
We had the upgraded room with sea view room 5.Beautiful spacious room looking out to sea.Nice touch with supply of binoculars. The room is under priced and worth much more.Plenty of tea making products in a box.Heating was on which kept the room lovely and warm.Breakfast was excellent served by the very friendly owners.
Disappointed that we didnt get supplied the advertised robes..but no big deal.I would recommend this hotel and will stay again.
Everything apart from we are used to having firmer pillows but we can't complain as everything was excellent
Nothing to complain about
This has to be one of the best in Blackpool. The owners attention to detail and friendliness makes you want to return but as friends. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and was excellent quality and portion size. Rooms were spotless and high quality decor and bedding.
Staff were excellent. We had travelled from Lake District so arrived at 11.30 .The staff let us check in even though the check-in time is 1.30 and go to our room.Food gorgeous.Tram stop just outside hotel which was fab as we walked 4 miles to the Tower

Everything I would recommend it to anyone,
The hotel and the whole staff are realy wonderfull. This hotel has a lot of charming. Thank you for my nice staying!!! I can recommend this hotel (for each and everytime).
Very friendly and eager to please hosts. Allowed us to check in earlier than the stated times. Very accomodating to guests. Comfortable beds.
Very small room, not particularly well maintained decor. Bathroom did not have a hand basin, this was located in the room that contained the bed.
Very friendly staff, danny was particularly helpful in recommending tram ticket fares, places to eat, things to do etc. Was very accommodating even after check out, could use the car park even after check out free of charge. Rooms were spot less, breakfast was 5* and would highly recommend staying here
Could be quite noisy with being on the promenade front but wasn't a massive issue for us personally
We found the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The standard of the services were excellent and the food was of a high standard with good choice. The bedroom, although not large, was comfortable, clean and adequate for our needs. We found the location was better to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, bus stop and tram stop both being conveniently close by.
The hotel was lovely and clean, the owner was lovely and hospitaitable, breakfast was delicious..the group of us were very happy with every aspect of the stay
all were so good!!! rly good!
only 1 night stay( and Promenade`s traffic jams
