You could tell everything was done with care and attention. A lovely place with excellent owners. Have to be lucky to get a parking space on the road. Room wasn't very big but very comfortable with great view, nice shower, tasteful decor & thoughtful little extras like cotton buds! |

Warm welcome upon arrival, eveything explained simply to us. Lovely warm spacious room. Owners very friendly and always available if needed. Lots of choice at Breakfast and Full English cooked to your specification, served hot! Would definately return. |

The owners were good hosts, the hotel was in a good position. The breakfasts were a good size Our first room was at the top of the accommodation and we felt was a little small. The hosts were very helpful and re-located us another room the following day when it became empty. To be fair to the hosts I had asked for a sea view room and it was the only one left with that facility at that time |

it was a real pleasure we were made very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Credit is due to the current owners with their refurbishments this was our second stay and we will be back!!! |

It was ever so clean and friendly. The hotel was quite away from night life and the city centre. but easier enought to get transport. |
