Ideally placed in the select North Shore area of Blackpool, the Windsor Carlton is privately owned 4-star hotel-style accommodation, set just off the promenade.

During your stay you will benefit from clear sea views, as well as views of the North Promenade and the historic North Pier. The Windsor Carlton has a unique character and is a 15 minute walk from the town centre. A friendly, personal service and attention to detail is offered at all times. For the convenience and comfort of all guests, the hotel operates a non-smoking policy throughout the accommodation. An extensive choice of breakfast is served in the comfortable dining room and a bar service is offered daily. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift or a car park.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children or adults are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

This family-run establishment offers comfortable accommodation and a high standard of service.

Food & beverage

A varied breakfast menu is offered each morning in the stylish dining room. Freshly cooked to order, the kitchen uses only the best quality local products.

A small tea room, offering homemade scones, cakes and snacks, is also available.

All rooms have flat-screen digital TVs.

Area information

There is plenty to see and do in Blackpool. Why not book in to see the Ice Show and Forbidden, showing at the Pleasure Beach throughout the season. Tickets available from the Windsor. There is also an all new show at The Tower and Circus. Don't forget to ask for your 2 GBP discount voucher from the Windsor.

Take advantage of the regular tram service with one, 3, 5 and 7 day passes at an affordable price. You can visit to Freeport and Fleetwood and the market, all accessible by tram. Book early for the illuminations taking place from August 31st until November 4. There are firework displays each Friday throughout September. Why not combine these with the illuminations.

Spend a day at Blackpool Sandcastle Water Park with the family. Close by is the Pleasure Beach. The Zoo is always popular with families. Showing throughout the season are shows for all ages.

If you are due to arrive later than 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. You can contact reception by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. If your arrival time changes, please contact the Windsor Carlton Hotel directly.

Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.

Group bookings for a maximum of 4 people of the same sex are allowed.

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. If a guest is caught smoking inside the hotel, they will be ask to leave the premises and no refund will be given.

Please note that the hotel does not supply baby cots.

The propriortors are very helpful and make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. Would highly recommend this guest house to anyone. I will definately stay there again

Pancakes for breakfast, owners very friendly and helpful. Location ideal away from hussle of town centre but close enough to walk.

lack of parking, rooms quite small, steep staircase and no lift.
