Friendly service good location. A nice place to stay.
Not a bad experience as such poor lighting in our double room ! The safe lays on the floor not good if you have difficulty in bedding or suffer from back problems.
clean and comfortable.convenient to get to restaurants.
Location Comfort Breakfast Helpful staff Paid a heavily discounted rate
Appearance, staff service, room, location, free wifi, good breakfast
Not a big problem, but parking outside can be difficult and costs £12/day
lots of space and the garden
rushed to leave room
I was charge what I thought was a 24 hour p[arking fee of 12 pounds. In the morning, I was informed that I would have to pay 2 pounds for every hour beyoind 11 a.m. Every other place I have stayed in the UK was on a 24 hour bases. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was continental with an extra charge for anything else
The staff was very frienly and helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was well stocked with tea & coffee
We were upgraded without having to ask as our room smelled of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The staff could not have been more helpful and the hotel was very comfortable with good standards of cleanliness. The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable.
We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but the standard and choice was very good.
Porter essential -prompt & hassel free. Loved the attitude of all staff all willing & welcoming.
The stairs 3 flights to our room.
The location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect for visiting the Baths, Pump Room, etc. The staff went above and beyond to get us a taxi when we were stranded by a closed car rental.
The location was good as all the major attractions were only a short walk away.
The whole hotel is a little tired.
Terrible breakfast, very noisy, couldn't sleep all night...will not go back
Very polite staff
Was expecting a room more like the pictures on the website, the room was okay just a little disappointing especially with the bathroom which was just a small shower
Cooked breakfast should be included in price even if u increase price slightly
The Windsor is beautiful in a lovely setting. I would happily stay again, provided i had a room on the first or second floor. The third floor is a long way up!
Beautiful room, nicely furnished. Central location with parking. Great for walking to main sights and city centre. Would definitely stay again.
My only suggestion would be that I would expect a full breakfast included in the price. The continental breakfast was lovely but it seems a shame they don't include the full breakfast as standard.
The friendliness of ALL the staff in every function - they were engaging and always responsive and eager to please. Wifi facilities were excellent

Early breakfast. Parking
Our room was lovely, very clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the guesthouse is a 2 minute walk from the town centre. Also the continental breakfast was lovely.
The king size bed was 2 beds pushed together and the cooked breakfast seemed a little steep at an additional 8 pounds each but don't let these small things put you off this guesthouse is lovely!
Staff, cleanliness, rooms and breakfast. Excellent location! We had amazing views across Bath from our room.
Great in every respect. Apart from super location, the single room I had booked was very nicely sized and decorated with a 140cm bed. I highly recommend it.
Location, staff and exclusivity was a treat
The parking permit would have been a nice FoC gift
The location was fantastic, very good for a B&B. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Would happily go again.
The bathrooms were very small in our room, and unfortunately there was no bath in the regular rooms.
The decor - very old fashioned and tired. Hairs in the bath. Breakfast - the included continental was nothing of the sort. It was a rationed portion which you were expected to order blind. The continental option consisted of one pastry, two slices of toast, ceareal, tinned fruit or compote - each part of which is brought to you in strictly measured portions. Staff mucked up the final bill and needed to be approached twice to sort it out when it should have been obvious immediately that there was a problem.
