Situation close to city centre, staff were friendly, breakfast was good without ordering the full english (although we did first morning and it was good produce was of a high standard.Double room slightly cramped but clean and adequate for what we wanted. I would use again but perhaps upgrade to superior double. |

Excellent staff, great breakfast, charming period building and central location. I stayed in the Henrietta room which was on the 3rd floor and a bit on the small side. Not a climb for the fainted hearted either! Apparently, planning consent can't be given for lifts to be installed in these Georgian buildings as the hotel receptionist told me as we both puffed our way upstairs! If you have mobility problems, you may struggle. |

It was in a good location The room was very small,it had steep stairs which we were not informed about and a limited continental breakfast choice. We had to ask for bath towels and were only given one! |

The staff were extremely friendly, on arrival I was provided with a map that outlined places to visit during my stay. Great location...literally 1min walk from city centre. Not that I watched much TV but limited channels, Freeview channels not all available. |

Friendly staff, very close to city centre and all attractions. No lift so might be an issue if we had been on anything other than 1st floor. The cooked breakfast should be included in the price not extra £6 per person per day |

Not much, its just another b & B. I guest majority of hotels in bath are b & b They give the basement room to my parent, which is right next to the water boiler, and a/c unit. My parent could not sleep due to the noise of it. They would not change room for them the 1st night, even they have empties. Got a room exchange on the 2nd night. The room should not be use for guest stay. I have read others' comment of the same matter. |

The room was comfortable and exceedingly clean. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Delicious cooked breakfast! The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. Room was a little small compared to another location where I have stayed in Bath. Felt that the original room size had been compromised a little. |

We liked that it was very close to the centre, and the river, but still very quiet. We thought it a bit odd to charge extra for the english breakfast |

Excellent location. Most importanty for me it was very quiet (especially at night) whilst within very close walking distance of all the sights in Bath. |

Close proximity to city centre and convenient for shopping. Room was clean and pleasant good view and quiet. Member of staff on duty was welcoming. The continental breakfast included in price was dissapointing. Only tinned fruit and cereal on offer no pastries. Staff on duty were curtious not friendly, on checking out I felt very unwelcome and did not feel valued. |

Very close to the centre of the city. If you are a rugby fan, it backs onto th Bath Rugby ground. It is very easy to find. Poultney Street is the widest street in Bath. Very Georgian, wonderful buildings. Close to restaurants, within 10 minutes walk. Some excellant pubs. Real old English pubs with proper hand pull beers. The hotel was a little tired on the decoration front!! Curtains and tie backs very faded from the sunlight, but we were facing South. Coming from a construction background, could do with a redec. However, the cooked breakfast was very good. But an extra £6.00? Should be included in the price, and deducted if not required. Not the reverse. |

It was a lovely building in the heart of Bath making it easy to get anywhere, the staff were lovely and the bathroom facilities were excellent There was a very loud groaning noise near my room that went off every 20 minutes and made for a very disturbed nights sleep, I thought this was related to the air-con, but even when I turned it off it kept on happening. The bed wasn't particurlarly comfy either. |

Staff were really kind and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the deluxe room was gorgeous. However, the toiulet we had wasn't flushing properly. We emntioned it and they kindly explained they were due to get a new one fitted, so it wasn't a major prolem, just need persistant flushing.Overall i would def recomend. |

i didn't like very much about this hotel. I stayed in a room on the top floor of the Guest House. I had to walk up four flights of stairs - the last flight was spiral. There wasn't an elevator nor was there anyone to help carry my bags. I can't imagine an elderly person making there way to up the rooms. It was quite strenuous carrying my luggage while maneuvering the twisting stairs. |
