Staff were really kind and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the deluxe room was gorgeous. However, the toiulet we had wasn't flushing properly. We emntioned it and they kindly explained they were due to get a new one fitted, so it wasn't a major prolem, just need persistant flushing.Overall i would def recomend. |

i didn't like very much about this hotel. I stayed in a room on the top floor of the Guest House. I had to walk up four flights of stairs - the last flight was spiral. There wasn't an elevator nor was there anyone to help carry my bags. I can't imagine an elderly person making there way to up the rooms. It was quite strenuous carrying my luggage while maneuvering the twisting stairs. |

I did not like the room. Although very roomy it was in the basement. Having once been in a hotel fire I was concerned about access out in the event of a fire. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast, car parking provision was very good. Just the actual room. I would stay in the hotel again but only if I could stay in a room that was ground level or above. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a baby crib during our online booking and it was waiting for us in the room when we got there, to me thats pretty impressive, I never see that kind of service in the U.S. |

Very nice hotel clean and well appointed...Breakfast very good nicely presented. Single rooms are all on the top floor not good for older people too many stairs to climb...No lift because its a listed building... |

The location was perfect for sightsseing. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was plentiful, of a good quality and situated in a well designed room. I felt that the room lacked some of the basic provisions I would expect, such as tissues and shower caps for convenience. It was advertised as 5* guest house, but had pretty basic provisions. Does anyone eat custard creams? Some of the furnishings were damaged and a little shabby. |

This is our favourite hotel in Bath - we've stayed at the Windsor several times and would never go anywhere else now! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and relaxing and the staff are lovely. There are lots of personal touches that really make a difference. Highly recommended. |
