People very nice. We were in the small double which really was an extra small double (no room at all). Too many rules and signs of things that you are not allowed to do.

I chose this hotel after reading guest reviews and it lives up to what people say about it. Friendly atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble. Was able to leave car and bags even though we arrived too early to check in. Great location at South Shore. WiFi available. We chose standard double rooms as opposed to the small double. Lovely breakfast. Good value for money.

Nice little place, well worth the value, friendly quiet and well located, for the prices it cant be topped. If I had to return to this location, i`d not hesitate making the same choice, althouth would select a firmer matress. Personal opinion only here, but the bed wasnt to my taste, but these can variey widely...

Excellent attitude regarding parking right outside hotel, telephoned us on our way to his hotel and moved his car so that we could park near by, we had many heavy suit cases from a Cruise and helped us up with our cases, understood coeliac requirements for one of us, very pleasant and helpful.Go to the Tower, amazing structure, the Winter Gardens, ride on the trams and see the Piers and amuzements, ideal for children, and ride a donkey or take a horse drawn carriage. We went dancing on the famous sprung Tower Ballroom floor and watched the ballroom and Latin Dance Championships at The Winter Gardens. Have fun.

The welcoming of the hotel owner and making sure we knew what was happening around the area at the time, and also was really helpful with any questions and quieries The bathroom felt a little bit dated compared to the room, and the ceiling blew in the wind...

The staff were very nice and breakfast was of a good standard with lots of choice. The room we were given was tiny and looked nothing like any of the photos online. The bed was broken on one side and my husband had to sleep on the floor. There was no space for a travel cot. We were moved on our second night to a slightly bigger room but it was still disappointing after what was advertised.
